The worst customer service experience of my life. These guys go through staff because people don’t want to work there. Their staff are passive aggressive. After the first contract I had with them - a woeful experience so bad they sent me a eftpos cash gift card to apologise. But they took no feedback on board. As a subcontractor they are useless and expect you as a customer who is paying for a service to deal with both them and the other company who they subcontract through - what am I paying you for then? Honestly I would think hard and long that the small savings you get from being with them is worth it. Then after I asked for a information on an early pay out - got unsolicited, unqualified financial advise stating I should stay with them because of interest rates… that is none of your business or your job. It’s my place as the customer to decide what’s right for me and my financial circumstances. Also their IT infrastructure is terrible - their ‘mobile website’ has almost no useful functionality. Buyer beware.
Couldn't recommend Georgina and the team at Fleetcare more highly with a number of touch points prior to and after picking up my vehicle very comforting. Would highly recommend Fleetcare
Absolutely love this novated lease company. Car had a minor collision and the amount of support and hire car services provided was excellent.

Used the services of fleet care for 5 years they were terrific in arranging the process to a vehicle I selected from a dealer I selected. Each month the reports were easy to read and when ever I had to make any expense claims it was not a trouble for them and I had no difficulties with the services they provided. In fact with them in WA it was easier for me to communicate with them when I did business after hours in Vic.
Customer service is excellent. The staff I have interacted with at Fleetcare have all been knowledgeable, friendly and efficient.

My experiance with this company has been horrible. After speaking with our accounts it was decided a few of our staff should look at novated leasing. I work in a very stable government job earning decent money. There are a few people allready using fleetcare so i said to my colleagues id enquire. The whole process took 3 weeks to come with the answer of declined due to the fact my partner was on job keeper. When she gets back i can apply again and get it over the line. This is recorded on my credit file as a decline for 5 years and drops your credit score by 50 points.my partner was not on the novated lease it was just an enquiry to show our expenses. She has only lived with me 8 months. Once they confirm she is back in the workplace then we expect a different outcome.will update review then.
Such an awesome helpful company. After a large recent maintenance issue on my vehicle, I was helped by Fleetcare with minimal fuss and had no upfront out of pocket expenses, despite the large $$$$$ of the fee. Excellent customer service.

Worse customer service experience i have ever had in my life!
breach of privacy and confidentiality, after i finished my phone call with the fleetcare representative, i could hear him mucking me and making fun of me with his female colleague about me and my private information like my credit history and that I had a default on my credit file, both of them started laughing about it and went on and on and i was devastated hearing them laughing at me, i wish i have never called this company as i now feel completely broken and damaged!
i felt so belittled and disrespected by this company representative, how could anyone trust those people when it comes to confidentially and privacy, knowing that they could make fun of you or take advantage of your privacy!
its not acceptable behaviour for a representative to do such a breach of conduct therefore i will be taking further action to get justice1
