Having practiced yoga in a few different centres around the world, I realize that what can truly influence the beneficial results of the class is the involvement and intention of the teacher. Fiona clearly cares about each one of her students, and wants every one of us to obtain all the mental and physical benefits of her class, and to flourish.
Fiona, and her giving nature, has certainly made a difference in my life.
