Second time visiting Flashstone their pavers are excellent value and very well made. The staff are friendly and even offered to help me load pavers into my car. Would recommend to anyone looking for quality pavers at a very good price.

Purchased a large quantity of pavers 2 years ago for my front yard, after extensive research I chose Flashstone due to quality and very competitive pricing. Last week I went back to purchase the same paver for my rear yard and was pleasantly surprised that the pricing was exactly what it was 2 years ago. Product looks great, and weathers well. I live on the South East side of Melb but it is well worth the drive. Chris

Very helpful staff, easy to deal and communicate with. The gentlemen were very helpful assisting in loading up my car for me. Very affordable and great quality products. Will definitely come again and highly recommend.

Terrible service. Tried to overcharge me for my order, left us sitting waiting in the yard to collect our order for a really long time while he was taking phone calls. After we had paid in full he advised that he didn't actually have enough stock to fulfil the order, but wouldn't then organise for missing stock to be delivered to me. Ended up yelling at me on the phone and hanging up on me. Would never use them again.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCT QUALITY!

My experience with FLASHSTONE DERRIMUT:
(1) MISLEADING PRICE ON EBAY (trading on ebay as flashtone_pavers_stones) -sandblasted pavers advertised as $4 a unit, only to discover upon inquiry that it is $8 +$4 +$GST = MISLEADING PRICING.
(2) TREATED AS A CRIMINAL- Purchased 12 units of pavers and due to oversight, I unit was missing. Upon intention to collect the missing 1 piece, I was given the impression by FLASHSTONE that I intent to CHEAT them OUT OF I PIECE OF PAVER. Upon collection, the STAFF even stated as a matter of fact it is my fault AND NOT THEIRS, OVER 1 PIECE OF PAVER? OUTREAGEOUS! WHO IS THE CUSTOMER HERE?
(3) Vague charging methods- initially when paying for 12 pieces of pavers by credit card, there was NO CREDIT SURCHARGE. When purchase a 2 units further, A CREDIT CARD SURCHARGE was imposed. TRANSPARENT PRICING?
(4) Terrible quality- Just like other reviewers on product review on FLASH STONE, the pavers they purchase are not of a same shade of color and quality. In fact the quality represents seconds as appose to brand new.

Excellent service, very helpful staff. They have beautiful vintage pavers that you cannot get anywhere else. Highly recommended. Julie Turner and niece Melanie
