As a tenant of over two years they are absolutely atrocious to work with. The duration between submitting repair requests and any works being completed is months, that is if you hear back from anyone at all. While this may seem irrelevant to you as a landlord, the reality is that your property may not be being cared for to the level you would like.

If you are looking for someone to manage your property, look elsewhere for an agency that manages both the owner AND the tenant with respect.
