Flagpole cafe reviews
7I absolutely love this place for breaky! Incredible and delicious. Thanks so much for your lovely service ladies
What a hidden gem.
I had to travel to Wangaratta for a medical appointment and wanted somewhere to have brunch somewhere afterwards. This little cafe was only 500 metres from my appointment.
It was very busy, but that is always a good sign.
My husband and I were greeted with friendly smiles the moment we walked in the door.
All the staff were happy and smiling.
Our brunch was fresly cooked and delicious.
I had the French toast with banana and Ricotta and hubby had an egg and bacon roll. Both were generous servings and very well priced.
Our coffees were hot and very smooth, again brought to the table with a big smile.
It was so lovely to sit and enjoy delicious food and coffee in such a happy and friendly atmosphere.
We will definitely return when back in Wangaratta.
I really enjoyed my salmon, avo and mayo sandwich. My friend's carrot cake was delicious. The service was great and the place was lively. Lots going on. Now I've found it, I will be going for lunch more often. Also, plenty of lunch choices.
Wonderful home made food. Third time there, gets very busy around lunch-hospital staff.
Probably the best carrot cake and vanilla slice in Victoria. If they have cannoli in buy them because they are incredible.
Genuine home made sandwiches etc.
Very friendly ladies serving eat in or take away meals
Well over priced for pre-prepared an egg and lettuce sandwich ($6) on standard commercial loaf sized bread, nothing special. Very limited selection viewed through window and served through a hole in the wall due to covid restrictions. However, realised that the covid restrictions had been lifed some time before our visit and we could have entered the shop via the main door. A captive clientele as only shop serving food in the area and located beside the Public hospital. No other option.
