4Old school workmanship, quality, class, phone calls and chats - very honest persons. They helped me grind (with the heavy duty vacuum), seal, prime and self level my old concrete subfloor. Some quoted cheaper but not with the correct tools, with the vacuum these guys reduce the dust by 99%. So now my new floor boards will sit nicely and never warp or move. This will ensure I can keep the warranty of the floor. While a bit more cost than others, it is a better result.
We needed our kitchen floor levelled during a renovation when we discovered there was a 40mm drop over the area of the slab. FKR were tremendous and did the job two days after we contacted them as it was rather urgent. They left no mess and a lovely flat slab. They were really professional in their attention to the work. I would definitely recommend them
