This is just a kanken store - do not go here if you are interested in any of the brands outdoor products its a complete WASTE OF TIME THEY! They have zero stock and staff don't know much outside of trendy bags

Its great to have a bricks and mortar shop to try on products, and good knowledgeable staff are a bonus but if your customers don't buy your products its a bit of a waste of time. Being on the mailing list I was alerted to the recent Black Friday sale which offered 25% discount. Unfortunately I could not get into the shop until today, pants are something you have to try on. Chose the pants, explained why I couldn't get in earlier and asked what discount was available. Response best they could do was 10%. I walked, this was a $379 discretionary item. I didn't expect 25% but at 10% I will wait until the next sale or maybe I will buy elsewhere. Very Disappointed
Awesome selection of products - not just backpacks (although there are so many awesome colours to choose from if that's what you're after).
Really friendly and knowledgeable staff that provide great customer service.
