I would give it zero star if I could. Just had a very, very bad experience with this store. So they replaced the screen for my iphone XSMax for $199, and a day after, a dead red line appeared on the screen. I brought the phone to them and asked for the fix, they not only refused to fix it, but explained that it's a faulty screen and that's the screen vendor's fault, not theirs. They said that they bought the screen from the vendor (not Apple, so it must be from China) and there is no warranty that comes with it, and that they also do not provide warranty. I was very very disappointed with how they treat their customers. If the screen was faulty, that's their problem with the vendor, how come they make their customers responsible for that.

I will never ever come back to this store again and I will make sure all of my friends here in Swan Hill know this.

I have used this business twice now and would not hesiate to recommend them to anyone. They fixed both my kids iPhones and since repair we have not had any issues. Service & Communication was excellent.
I tried some of the shopping mall repairers in the past and never had a good experience.
With the warranty and service they offer I wouldnt go anywhere else in future.
