Rang this morning for a toilet blockage at around 11am.

Jack dropped in within about 3 hours, then completely fixed 2 hours later.

Quick, friendly efficient service.

We had Jack out to look at our stormwater drains - very little would flow through. Absolute superstar - he went above and beyond to jet out as much as possible, identify all the breaks, and quote up repairs on the spot. He then explained everything he had done clearly, and made it easy to understand what further work we needed (and why). Great value! 10/10 would recommend!

Anthony was very friendly, quoted a fair price and got straight to work fixing our mains leak under the house. He worked quickly and tirelessly to 'fix it right' and we're very happy.

Thane arrived and quickly found and resolved everything in one visit. The whole process was easy and convenient from start to finish.

Very good first contact with the business this morning through Ann and I'm feeling confident my problem will be handled by good experienced workers. Initial phone contact is very important and I found it very positive.

Big thanks to both Chris and Ash for coming out to fix a blocked pipe and then identifying a few other issues that needed to be rectified. Called Sunday night and they were here the following arvo to start and Ash was back the morning after to finish everything off. On time, professional and did a great job!

Josh was very professional providing good information about the service he was recommending for our hot water unit problems and what would work best in our circumstances. His standard of workmanship was very good and neat including installing replacement pipes, valves and a pressure limiter for the water supply to the whole house. Any questions I had were answered to my satisfaction and gave me confidence. A pleasure to deal with you Josh!

Mitch was lovely to deal with, found the source a leak that a different plumber had missed. Everything was explained clearly, customer service was excellent from both Mitch and Shae in the office. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Contacted Fix-It-Right Plumbing regarding a lingering odour issue in our home. Jack from Fix-It came and he's been the best plumber we've had come around to assess the problem so far. He's professional, knowledgeable and most importantly, a great listener and communicator. Odour is a difficult one to isolate but his process of elimination and justification of the potential source of odour, led us to a possible damaged seal to the downstairs toilet. We agreed this would be the best and likely place to begin and fingers crossed, would soon resolve our issue. Would we recommend Fix-It-Right Plumbimg for your plumbing needs based on the service we recieved, you bet!

Fencing contractors broke drain pipe, and unfortunately I had to get it repaired quickly. Overcharged by Queanbeyan Fix it Right. Apologetic fencing contractors had already dug out, minimal extra digging required, job completed in just over an hour, attended not even the same day but the next, but charged $740!

Would definitely recommend. Really professional service - procedures were clearly explained and I was given comprehensible options for fixing the problem. Corey was a legend to talk to and he did a fantastic job tracking down a tricky leak in my house. Give that man a raise!

We had a few issues with our leaking shower and Josh came in and fixed it up. He was very friendly, professional, efficient and communicative right from the start and took the time to explain what the issue was and what was causing it. Could not recommend highly enough! From my initial enquiry and first contact, they were friendly, professional and great to deal with. Josh came out and provided a comprehensive itemised quote for everything he could see that needed repaired. There was no pressure or upselling and I was confident that he worked out what were essential works within my budget. The rest of the quote forms an ongoing action plan that I can get to as my budget allows. The supply of parts was delayed and Josh kept me informed every step of the way. Amazing work by Dave and Wade from Fix It Right Plumbing. I called them out initially to fix a gas leak, and their diligence in checking all of my plumbing appliances found I desperately needed a new hot water service, which Dave installed the very next day. They were friendly, professional, and had very competitive pricing, and they'll definitely be the ones I call for any further works!

I also had Nathan come out in September 2022 to replace my toilet, and the mixer tap in the kitchen. The toilet couldn't be done straight away, but was booked in first thing the following day. Once again I got excellent and friendly service, professional workmanship, and competitive pricing!
