We had such a positive experience from the start. We contacted Fix It for a second opinion after being quoted a really high amount for a hot water system replacement. Service from Thane was professional, friendly, really well explained and the quote a lot more competitive. We highly recomend Fix It Right Plumbing. We recently had very heavy rain and the drain in our internal courtyard didnt seem to cope with the amount of rain nor did the storm water drains in the street. Rain water from both directions met in our garage.
We didnt know if we had a blockage in our storm water pipes on our property or not.
Jarryd came out promptly. Explained the process. Was up front with the possible costs which were reasonable. He was extremely patient with all my questions. He also mapped out where our storm water pipes are located and drew them on our house plan. He found a blockage towards the back of our property and cleared it. Jarryd was very professional, conscientious and very patient. Thank -you Jarryd for a great job much appreciated.

Jarred Geelong was excellent very knowledgeable! Called out on the day, fixed the pipe, answered questions I had about other items and installed our outdoor shower a week later as we needed to wait for a part, it looks amazing so happy. Will use these guys again. Prices are fair as well.

Jarryd did a outstanding job, he has replaced toilet cistern, changed taps over, added seals, installed pressure isolater. He was very professional, easy to talk to and guides you through the process, highly recommend Jarryd for all and any future plumbing.

A couple of months ago, Jarryd came out to install our BBQ and connect our gas. He did an amazing job and we were happy. Fast forward to present and we had issues with our BBQ. We called Fix It Right plumbing and Jarryd was able to come only 4 hours after my initial call. He found the issue with the BBQ (all manufacturer fault) but proceeded to check the gas connection as well. Jarryd spoke to his manager and we were not charged for the service, which we were wrapped about.
10/10 recommend Jarryd and the Fit It Right team. They are professional, helpful and Jarryd is super friendly. Thanks again!

We called Fixit Plumbing as we had a gas leak. Fixit plumbing came straight out fixed the problem and a couple of other issues we had while they were here.
