Five Ways Caravan Park

Wow what a hidden gem in the middle of the east side of the bay.we stayed a night but could've stayed a week. Really well laid out and clean. Quiet laid back vibe and close to lots to do including the beach.nice

Possible the best rv park we have stayed at.
We have extended our stay, and when I say we, that is 3 caravans, parents in law, us a u young family of 4 and the Auntie and grandmother inlaw. We picked five ways as I had work to finish up before we all moved to Queensland. Close to the city, great showers, clean bathroom, super friendly staff and I have never seen a park as well maintained and managed.

Highly recommend this park to anyone visiting Melbourne or like us needing a base for awhile.

Third time staying at 5 Ways caravan park, each time a very positive experience. As stated by others, both Malcolm and Justin are friendly and welcoming (they staff the office at different times) and very helpful. The grounds and facilities are immaculate. A basic older park, but price is reasonable especially given proximity to Melbourne. Would highly recommend

Justin was awesome. He is so helpful and such a good bloke. The amenities are so good, clean and well serviced.
We had spent the previous night in Goulburn South Caravan Park and the guy there was useless and rude.
Justin is really the highlight of Five Ways Caravan Park.

My partner and I staying for 6 weeks, staff are extremely professional, and owner always happy to help out, extremely clean facility, and lovely and quiet, going to miss the ducks and place b4 we relocate to Queensland, thks Cameron for our stay.

Best management ever. Justin and Malcolm work hard to keep a clean and pleasent spot. Always felt safe and welcome during our couple month stay as a solo female with a little person in tow.

Fabulous park for Melbourne. 35 mins to city via toll way outside peak hours.
Surprisingly quiet for the location. I think the road outside is flat and there aren't many trucks.
One of the best run caravan parks I've ever been to.

Great place to stay.staff are extra nice toilets and showers are very clean. Laundry available $1 for 5min to dry which is great clothes dry in 20min. Happy to come past here as a stop.

Just spent a great night at Five Ways. Organised a late check in with no problems, immaculate grounds and very clean facilities. Nice quiet campsite, friendly owner.

Very helpful friendly management & staff. Amenities beautifully cleaned all though the day. Close to shopping center & public transport.

The owners have certainly made this park a good stop close to town. Amenities were very clean, would stay again.

Don't stay here, management are disgusting the way that they deal with things, no people skills whatsoever and the prices are a absolute rip off

Grounds & facilities are in excellent condition. Staff are friendly & guided us to site. On busy road, but quiet within park. Plenty of green grass & trees. Reasonably priced. Walking distance to Aldi & Chemist. Very happy here.

Pretty odd experience with the presumed owner. Tried to call multiple times and left messages to book. Arrived and he said he received no messages or calls.then asked if we wanted powered or unpowered and for how many nights. We said either for 2 nights. Took a few seconds to think and then just said he has nothing for us. Seemed like he just didn’t want us to stay in the park. Why ask what option we required if there was no availability anyway. Very unsympathetic and pretty unhelpful.

Service is 10/10 we had a wedding so needed to check in early an due to it being busy our site was not ready but that wasn't a issue as we arrived we were given a place to plug into power so we could get ready witch was awesome also was offered to have the van placed on the site an setup for us. We will be back

Great place to stay, beautiful hot showers. Everything is tidy and clean, they have a laundromat and allow pets and are very friendly. Highly recommend it as a place to stay.
