Five Stars Kebabs

Really loved this place. My go to was rice pack that came with can of drink for $20. But now, it doesn’t come with a drink and $3 extra for the drink. I guess I need to fine somewhere else.

Average food, service was pretty lackluster, wanted to charge extra $1 eftpos fee for $20 Kebab which I thought was a rip off, staff got all defensive. Atmosphere only one star as who wants to eat a kebab next to a car wash? Takeaway only but mediocre food and lackluster service won’t see me coming back. Also kebab meat turned out to be cold.

I ordered two lamb kebabs for $13 each. There is no lamb at all. They kept more salads in the middle. On the counter, there is an old man. I wasted my money. If there is an option to give zero stars, I would like to give zero. Even one star isn't worth it.

Great kebabs. Especially when you get them on the Turkish bread! Always fast and fresh with friendly service!

Kebabs HSP selection of Lebanese or Turkish bread. Hot chips Gozleme. Food comes out hot. Fresh salads family run very friendly. Reasonable prices and combo meals with drinks.

There's nothing to complain about.

1. Food was great.
2. Service.: "The Person" who served was undoubtedly Friendly and helpful.
3. Atmosphere.: Peaceful.

Surely, this eatery deserves to be recommended.

THE MOST IMPORTANT POINT TO RUN THE EATERIES SUCCESSFULLY.: "IF and WHEN the serving person behave politely "in no matter what situation" such as, so many customers, busy and even having to face a rude customer, they should keep and deal that matter separately and treat the other customers as they should be, like venting out on other customers, etc etc. YET, they deal and keep that welcoming smile, behave respectfully, professionally, and politely, the food becomes automatically tasty and the quality food.

The secret of getting successful to run the eateries are:
Mixture of behaviour, service, and surely the food.

Sometimes even the food is not as good as expected (mistakes happens by each and every person under the sky) and yet the customers go back again because normally customers forget the taste but politeness, and good behaviour brings the customers back.

And lastly, I request either INCREASE THE SIZE OF THE FOOD or reduce the prices.

Deaf people when informed what to put in the kebab can’t understand. Wasted 16$.
It clearly says what needs to be in the kebab but still put everything.

Customer service could be better, especially from the kid. Kebabs a good tho generally get better a better experience from the dude with glasses and a beard

So bad experience today I had falafel and chicken wrap it’s not good. To much salad chicken was not hot falafel balls not hot. Waste $30. So bad experience mostly there is 2 men but today there is couple. So May be they don’t have enough experience. I don’t wana go there again.

Just now bought a kebab live down the road seriously even the chicken inside its cold they pit in frozen chicken from fridge i reckon never ever had a kebad like this any where in Melbourne will never come back.

Not recommended expected fresh meat but served with cold meat from container, I asked about meat from donar but owner replied it's fresh too, I didn't argue with him, by the time I reach home 3 km away my dinner was cold as so Last meal from this shop.

The best falafel in whole of Melbourne. Always great service and communication with the customers along with the best food at a very reasonable price. Definitely recommend to everyone.

I have been eating Kebab from this joint since they were Mr Funny Kebab West Melbourne in 2013.
Never felt change in the taste.
