The pizza each and every time is perfect! The base is always nice and thin and has the perfect amount of topping.

The best pizza place in the western suburbs, pizzas are always hot and fresh, I have a sensitive stomach and pizza always sets me off, this place is the only one that doesn't affect me, probably due to the freshness of the pizza, service is also friendly. Will not get pizza from anywhere else

Service and quality is always 5 stars. Their pizzas are fresh, not greasy and delicious. Highly recommend this spot as your local pizza shop.

This place provides high quality pizza bases and toppings. I'm fussy on pizza and so are my kids and we keep going back. Pizza, garlic bread, chips. The best in CS

I have ordered multiple times from this shop, when ordering pizza there is abit of attitude but nothing over the top when ordering chips or anything smaller however the amount of attitude is unreal. I called fr just 2 large chips and the owner or manager laughed in my face and told me to just pick it up and it’ll be ready, I waited 10 minutes for simply two chips when I had called 10 minutes prior. The service is simply disgusting with the way they treat their customers and on top of that if your not happy with people ordering only chips, DONT PUT IT ON THE MENU!

Tried to order pizzas but the rudeness and attitude on the phone was unreal. Overpriced, rudeness and a long wait for pickup was not a good look for their business. Will continue to order from one of the many pizza places in the area, at least they're nice on the phone.

An awesome experience tasting one of the finest pizza in the West, they are called five star pizza and they really deserve the 5 stars

Been a customer for many years through a few different owners. They use to have delicious pizzas but over the last couple of months the pizzas have dropped dramatically. Don’t know if it is new owners or different cook but the pizzas don’t taste anywhere near as good as they use to. They always have thick blobs of tomato paste on the top of them and the fillings are a lot thinner than they use to be. Sadly I am going to have to find a new pizza place.

We got 2 large from here last week.
Pizzas lacked a good variety of toppings especially the meatlovers where they used the diced bacon like from the bakery which is not something you see often, bacon’s not that expensive so I don’t know why anyone would do this. The bbq chicken we ordered had that fake kebab chicken on it also ewww

Very stingy on the meat + sauce. Got the kebab pizza. Barely had any meat or garlic sauce on it. Meat was tough and dry. Yes there has been a price increase as stated however the menu pricing online isn’t updated. I only wished I checked the reviews first before placing an order. Seems like they’re just ignoring bad reviews and continuing to provide poor quality pizzas. How they call themselves the ‘5 star pizza house’ is beyond me. Woman was nice however I won’t be returning. Wouldn’t recommend.

Pizza ok, Nutella pizza just bits of pastries with Nutella in so don’t expect pizza, garlic bread with bacon, wow, 10c worth of bacon stuffed in to garlic bread and charge $6.50.rip off, anyone could do that in there own place and even fry the bacon in a pan.prices rise and pizza toppings reduced.

Had a small Tandoori and Chicken Aioli. Tarndoori chicken is at its worst. Its made with chicken from kebab grill and it had its own flavour. Taste is no where near to tandoori chicken. It was very oily, never had a kebab with that much oil. Chicken Aioli is below average

Use to be good. I gave 3 stars just for the Female owner, she's lovely and has amazing customer service.
The male owner on the other hand is rude, same goes for the younger guys too.
Came in recently wearing a mask, The Male owner says to me "You don't need that in here, they changed the rules. You can have it at the supermarket only, not here" then gave me such a dirty look of disgust just because I was the only one wearing it in the shop.
I wear it for my own safety, unless you have a sign out the front of your shop saying "no masks allowed" then I will wear my mask until then, no matter what rules have changed.

Excellent Customer Service, Staff and the quality of the product is always on point.definitely worth the wait.

Menus offered in store don't match the prices they charge ‍️ and the pizzas taste bland. Used to offer good pizza but now not so. Disappointing experience

Ever since the day I had Five Star Pizza a couple of years ago, I never wanted to have any other pizza anymore

Currently you have to pay covid tax to buy a pizza now. Ripping people off as what it says on the website is different. Then they dont even clarify for you over the phone when you are ordering but you only find out when you go pick up your pizza and have to pay for it.
Huge lack of communication, honesty and transparency there.

Please be honest with your customers.

First time ordering tonight pizzas were horrible and overpriced nutella pizza was not a pizza was cut up in small pieces no strawberries come with it as menu states comes with strawberries. I asked if they had halal meat i was told yes we do but wasn't told there's extra charges for requesting it or extra charges due to covid 19. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and will never go back

Bought small pizza, menu says $9 but charged $10.50 OR $15 on card! An extra $4.50 Seriously? Buyer beware

Less toppings.

18 bucks for a family is expensive. Even when you order a cheese pizza or garlic cheese. They barely put any cheese. Very stingy.

Domino's has more toppings and they are cheaper. Won't be coming back.

I haven't seen ANY other pizza shops put signs up like this!
