Amazing customer service and friendliness. Today I went in try a E2 but ended up playing a Music Man and a Suhr! The owner Rob is a great man who ensures the best guitars get in the shop! No duds at 5 star music!

Condescending, rude, and the moment a customer starts playing an instrument they are told off. Way to make people feel comfortable and want to even stay at the store. You scared me out with your horrible attitudes. In this store no one has time for you, everyone keeps walking past not even saying hello, you are not valued here. It’s not good enough. Despite renovations. It’s not good enough. Seriously. Didn’t ever even have basic stock of solo audio card on multiple occasions, never had the stock. Seriously they didn’t even want to lift a finger. What a public disgrace to think you are doing me a favour. This is worlds gone from the name. I hope they learn. I wanted to like this store. And I kept coming back to be treated horribly because I didn’t always have enough money to spend big. This is an outrage of human service bleeding out to humanity. This is how you made me feel as a customer and bigger concept, a human. Thanks a lot.

Super helpful and friendly staff. Amazing range of electric and acoustic guitars and so much more. Definitely worth a visit. If there's no parking out front, head to the carpark out the back behind Jaycar.

Very nice shop with a lot of selection I have come here twice to get a guitar and then after to get some accessories and was served by Katie both times. She is very helpful and you can tell that she really cares about music and tries her hardest to help you. Amazing store that looks and is amazing, will definitely be coming here again.

Katie was very patient, friendly and made me feel comfortable. She is a. I bought a yamaha fg series. After all i know nothing about guitars and she pointed me in the right direction. Hopefully i can actually learn how to play. Highly recommend this little shop.

Great experience - paid for express shipping which was promptly refunded because they couldn't guarantee on time delivery.
Delivery only took a few days to adelaide anyway.communication was spot on and bass delivered well packed.

Sad to hear that this place might be closing down soon. I’ve had so many fantastic experiences here in what I would argue is Australia’s best Music Store. Had my original Ibanez Jem 777 serviced, maintained and cleaned extremely happy with the experienced service provided and friendly staff, the number 1 music store in Melbourne

Had a very positive experience despite having an issue with an online order. Ordered an all mahogany Fender CD-60s, but was sent the spruce top instead. They asked me to come to the store to exchange it and they would give me a couple of string sets as compensation. I wasn't happy about it because they are an hour drive away. So the options were to send the guitar back via post, or drive down there to have it replaced, or to just keep the spruce top guitar.

Anyway, I just decided what the heck I'll drive down there thinking maybe I'll find something else to buy. Got there and was helped by Brianna. Ended up buying a Sigma instead (which sounds better than the Fender), plus a beginner guitar for my daughter, and they threw in a gig bag as a bonus. Overall I am very happy I went to the store and very happy with the service.

TLDR: Got sent the wrong guitar, ended up going to the store and bought a better guitar. Two thumbs up for the store and the service!

Did an order online for a bass guitar, paid in full and then they said they they didn't have it a day later. They said the guitar had been sold the day before but they didn't update their website. They refunded me back to my PayPal account without checking with me or calling to advise - so now this whole experience has actually cost me money. Obviously their online services can't be relied on. VERY poor experience.

Got a great price on a guitar, awesome staff and you may run into some Oz music legends if you drop in.

Great staff, know their inventory really well, very friendly and willing to make great deals. Huge range of instruments from beginner to pro. Have bought two Ibanez basses from them over the past few weeks and the prices were shockingly good.

Great customer service and knowledge of their products regardless if its drums or guitars.

Bad and rude employee don't know his name but middle age who constantly harassed me clearly seeing i was young and trying to take advantage of me attempting to make me believe i needed to urgently spend hundreds of dollars to get something fixed when i came in just to buy strings. After clearly expressing no interest he continually harassed me and badgered me about it making a 5 minute visit a 15-20 minute visit. Also rudely said ''can you afford that'' after asking about the price. Never returning again, don't come here bad service and rude pretentious workers! Shocking experience, would give zero stars if I could.
