Rudest staff! Brash & pushy. Some items are overly priced, you can get them at Queen Vic Market at half the price (French butter & Thomy mustard). The shop got relocated & got a new layout, but sadly the staff ruin the experience. However, if you're from the Balkan countries they will prioritise you & treat you better. If you are from somewhere else, you will be treated less than.

Rude staff that allows regulars push in that don’t grab numbers and after I raised that I was before him she ignored me and said it doesn’t matter and I’ll serve him first even after he clearly stated I was before him, why have a number system if you won’t follow it in the first place?

Seems to be a common theme of the staff here don’t you think it’s about time something is done about it?

First time purchasing from here, and the service was terrible, stood there, and there I stood, without any acknowledgment, even though they were there right in front of me, no eye contact- nothing, it was like I wasn’t there. There is a coldness or warmth that I have never experienced before, even when I finally did get served. Maybe a shake up of staff- maybe people that smile….

The Staff are super friendly and helpful.
I recently been getting some of the amazing dips that they have. When buying one of the dips the helpful staff have even suggested meals and other recipes to use. (Giving me a step by step instructions, that was super helpful). I ended up creating a amazing meal and a glowing review from my fiance on Valentine's Day.
Highly recommend 5 Star Deli.
Great customer service.

I don't know why they bother with a numbering system (customer takes a number upon entering the shop). It's not adhered to by staff so little wonder some customers just blatantly order before their turn, and get served! Not good enough and has happened to me more than once or twice.

️ The freshest & the best! They have moved just a-few 100 metres Next to the beautiful new chicken shop. Gorgeous New shop, congratulations girls! Kathy and her crew of girls are so awesome! They have everything! Highly recommend this deli! My husband and I are there every couple days for their beautiful fresh triple smoked Ham & Dutch harvatti cheese.

Worst customer service ever! I wouldn't go back, even if my life depended on it. The ladies are so rude - they will make you wait until they have finished gossiping before serving you. They are super aggressive, rude and unfriendly. Go to Coles to get cold cuts, you'll get better service!

Amazing deli! High quality products that are thoughtfully sourced. The team are friendly and appear to take the time to interact with all customers. Love that I can order a deli platter filled with all my favourite items and have it delivered to my door! Thanks Team!:)

Terrible customer service, very horrible to be talked down on by one of the lady employees there. Incredibly disgusted. I kindly asked if anyone was around to serve as one of the employees was serving a customer and speaking in their language, but was focusing more of talking to the customer rather than finishing up on serving them. It was horrible to see how the employee handled the situation and spoke back in a rude manner. Really has put me off from coming back to this deli! Prices are also quite expensive!

It's a good deli but they talk a lot between them instead of attending the customer's and another thing is you ask for the fine cut they show you and then they cut as they want when you get to your home you can't eat is too thick you can't eat something like this my choice is that I don't go any more there are other good deli around every time that I walk around there I see less customer's that show me I no wrong they are losing customers.

Make sure you check your receipts and check that they haven't charged you for an extra item. It's a shameful trick. Charged me twice for the most expensive item, and it was no accident.

Delicious products, with international flavour delivered by knowledgeable and friendly staff. My wife has been raving about this plan and not until I had to take care of the shopping list, did I get to see for myself what she was talking about. If yo=u want tasty, fresh produce reasonably priced, give them a try.
