Great little cafe, girls are fantastic workers and do their best during busy periods, they have coffee supreme here which is definitely top 10 roaster in aus… please be kind and patient to staff if they’re under the pump… very good coffee! (From a Cafe owner)

Don’t make ice coffees properly keep putting ice in it & make very watery not creamy at all

I went to get breakfast and my father in law informed me that they cook their eggs the night before so I asked the girl behind the counter and she confirmed, I'm sorry but your not that busy you can't cook your eggs fresh!
A massive turn off for me.

I’m a barista elsewhere but I come here for an even better coffee. It’s consistently strong without being bitter, as I aspire to be. I recommend the food here too, especially the chicken wrap…tasty, nourishing, filling, good price. I also dig the casual, friendly vibe.

Nice little place in the middle of the shops. I was wrongly charged for one of my items but the attendant was very helpful and provided a refund immediately.

GREAT CAFE in Berwick. The staff are always so polite, happy, helpful, social and pleasant. The breakfast is amazing and everything is made are fresh. Everything is always so delicious. Coffee is always a must when I visit.

Hidden GEM? ‍️ like someone else commented is a massive OVERSTATEMENT.
Ordered unicorn waffle for toddler it was undercooked. She got sick from it.
Food is very average so is coffee.

Absolutely disgusting, ordered on uber eats, delivery was smooth, driver polite, but the order wasn't correct. I ordered an EXTRA HOT large Latte I received an iced coffee. Was also missing half my food. Extremely disappointing 1st experience with this Cafe

Went to pick up my online order, the cashier thought I was there to pick up uber eats.
Why a brown guy = food delivery guy? Racial profiling is appalling.

Definitely underrated cafe - delicious, nutritious food and uh-MAZING coffees!

Have been coming here for 6 years+ and most recently they have joined ubereats (yay!) and there’s nothing that compares to this cafe.

I order a strong latte almost daily. The grilled Ruben is delicious, as is the toasted croissant, pan au chocolat, chicken & avo sandwich, crustless cheese toast (kids) and smashed avo!

Lovely Matcha Latte, had a hint of Maple, just delicious! Friendly staff too. The toastie with pulled pork is so good!

Really yummy food but the wait is always 40-50 mins on Uber which is long. Even for a coffee and croissant

Would give a zero star if I could.

The people working behind the counter clearly have zero training in customer service or hospitality. They are cranky, have zero knowledge about ingredients when asked (I have allergies and could not order anything as they couldn't tell me what was in their food) they don't even pretend to care.

The tall dirty blonde/light brunette with a slender frame and a tight bun as well as the one with the extremely long false lashes, right studded ear and tattoo just beneath same ear, both wore their masks beneath their noses and mouths. A clear disregard for standard protocol in the time of COVID. Especially troubling because they're both breathing onto the coffee and food they are handling.

We waited twenty five minutes for two coffees. When we complained we were told it was OUR FAULT for not reminding them they forgot about us. I have no idea how you can blame the customer for the fault of the store?

Won't be going back with such a pitiful attitude like that.
