The massage techniques in this shop are very good! My husband and I both fell asleep! There are many shops to visit nearby, as well as many cafes, and parking is convenient.

Did a full facial and neck shoulder back massage with Nicki, and has been very well taken care of. Shoulder and back feels significantly better after the massage. 10/10 will be back again.

Five elements is a tranquil oasis of bliss and relaxation!
The ambiance at Five Elements is simply enchanting. The beautifully designed interior exudes a sense of calmness, with soothing colors, soft lighting, and a gentle aroma that instantly put me at ease.
And I love the Lupicia tea as well!
Will definitely come back and recommend to all my friends.

Nice and cosy little spa just a short stroll from the market which I had thoroughly enjoyed my hot stone massage.

- A variety of essence oils and products
- the masseur I had was a friendly lady from Thailand which did everything about right

Very average massage - my masseuse was absent minded (kept slowly rubbing the same spot with one hand for a long time to the point that it was uncomfortable) and went away for a few minutes for the towel. The time allocation of body parts was odd as well. In the end it felt like she was just doing random things until the time was up.

For the price I expect a decent massage. She didn’t even ask which body part I wanted to focus. Just went straight in.

I’d rather go to Amy Thai Massage or Calm Thai Massage that offer better massages and are cheaper.

For the record this is me second visit. The first one was actually good. Sadly not all their masseuses are well trained and I was unlucky today.

This place is a secret gem. Fantastic environment and masseurs as well as reasonable prices. They can often accommodate short notice bookings too. My favourite place for a pamper.

A great space to relax. Awesome service with great price! The staffs are so friendly, they also prepare champagne and dessert for us. Really recommend the couple package. We really enjoyed the rose bath and the massage. Thank you!

Such a serene and beautiful space, loved my hot stone massage. The team are polite and lovely, you will leave feeling like a whole new person! This is the perfect convenient spot to escape into an urban oasis if only just for an hour.

For the longest time I have been trying to organise a spa day with my best friend and that’s where we came across Five Elements Spa. I have been going 1 million miles an hour so I booked us in to have the Utopia package and it was absolutely the experience we both needed. I had an incredible aromatherapy massage and my friend had a deep tissue massage and we both felt like a weight had been lifted - both physically and mentally. To finish we both had a foot spa and massage and it was the most relaxing experience. If you are looking for a sign to take some time out for self care this is it! Absolutely incredible experience, the staff are so attentive and calming and you will leave feeling so much better than when you walked in. Will 100% be back ️

My friend and I went in to try their deep facial cleaning and body treatment the other day, we definitely enjoyed the massage. The staff were absolutely friendly and professional. I really liked their relaxing and cozy ambiance. Highly recommend!

Great experience! My boyfriend and I have a package which includes facial and massage. Both therapists are amazing! Will definitely come back, and we suggest that you could set up membership card for regular customers!

Reasonably priced and staff were so helpful and welcoming, it’s relaxing as soon as you walk in the door and very accommodating. Will be back!
