The girls Abby and Julianna have been nothing but absolute legends and always have a smile on their face. Outside of this your prices are ridiculously cheap compared to any other gym I have ever seen I don’t know how you do it. If anymore is looking for a gym and want to support local family businesses this is the place to be!

I visited this gym after 3 long years of not exercising due to Covid-19 and other health issues. A lovely man named Hace who worked there made me feel very safe and comfortable. I didn’t stay too long but was extremely happy with the service and equipment available, I will definitely be going back. Thank you.

Great gym at a really good price. Everyone is really friendly and they have all the equipment we needed. My partner and I used some of the boxing bags and they have an amazing art piece on the wall, we watched the artist work and had a chat to him, super friendly guy named Saif Kattan, it was a great experience and we will definitely be back.

Great gym! For only $5 entry, you get access to everything, it's always kept clean, the staff are friendly and helpful and the people working out there are nice as well. My favourite part is that they're not just trying to snag you into a long contract from the moment you enter the building like some bigger chain gyms.

Love this gym! I drive 40 mins just to train there! I have many other gyms close by but the atmosphere, friendly staff, variety of equipment is second to none! Genuinely the best gym I’ve trained at! It’s a big yes for me!

Signed up for “free” trial. Received email in moments. Went to gym and attendant advised they no longer accept their own free trial. But it gets better.

I figure just pay the $5 (casual rate) to check the grotty looking place out. She says it’s minimum $10 EFTPOS.

Great local gym! Staff are friendly and always have helpful workout tips or ways to improve your training, cheap casual visits which suites someone who works away regularly, lots of free weights and squat rack.it’s good to support the local gyms over big companies.

Great gym with $5 casual rate
I used this gym during Winter 2019. Its a great gym with sufficient equipment for everyone. They have a casual rate of $5 which is so ideal if you cant commit. Friendly staff. Highly recommend
