Long time member, tried many other gyms locally but Fitbase is hands down best gym in the Cranbourne area. Has everything you need whether you’re trying to lose weight, build muscle or just keep a healthy lifestyle.

Big shoutout to the new owner Sarab, very knowledgeable and always happy to help his clients with whatever they need whether it’s nutrition, workout routine or just a simple spotter when needed. Very friendly and approachable. Top guy!

Highly recommend anyone looking for a local gym, this is where you wana be!

This gym and its owners are huge supporters of INBA PNBA New Zealand!
They recognise that the natural pathway is the road to longevity.
Even the INBA PNBA NEW ZEALAND President trains at this amazing facility!

The equipment is there but weight plate is disorganised, the area in front of the squat rack is always a mess, then the yoga room as wayyyyyy too much equipment in the room. Overall the gym is messy, the bathroom has a the same dirty towel in there for 2 day already. The some treadmill is constantly not working the expressio cycling machine has been out of order for days now. Apart from location it is pretty average.

Awesome place with variety of equipment and skilled and knowledgable trainers. This place has so much to offer to everyone from general fitness to strength training, toning, flexibility or customised diet advices.

Did a free trial today and this gym was more than perfect! Staff were really kind, the gym has a nice aesthetic and the gym environment was very comfortable! Partner is going to do a trial and if he also loves it, we’ll both be signing up

I like that gym but my only concern is the parking which don't look like safe at night. As an incident happened recently. Some people broke into a parked car and the owner was in the gym. Very scary.

Love this gym & the atmosphere here, good quality machines, multiple areas & dodge rooms, a super motivating owner and friendly/helpful staff! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new place to exercise!

Had a great vibe inside the gym alongside the very friendly staff.they staff and owner have a lot of great nutritional advice to offer and keep the machines very clean and sanitary.

Fitbase is such a family orientated gym. No matter if Your new or experienced you will always be made to feel welcome and have the best experience!

Ridiculous! I’ve quit from this gym nearly 2 years. And yesterday they have deduced $29.90 from my account! How is it possible? Keeping previous clients bank details and deducting without our permission, is more than a cheating & Frauds!

Tried 2 gyms before ending up at Fitbase and I do not regret it one bit! Fitbase really puts the customer first, they are very caring and it shows that they really want you to succeed and achieve your goal. They also choose their instructors carefully; you know you'll get quality at Fitbase! Highly recommended!

Could be a good gym but they fall short so many times, biggest issue atm, in summer.no air con.or they just dont like to use it. Boiling hot, really dont need to train to lose weight here, just step foot inside, makes weight training a pain though.

Would not recommend this gym. I had no problems whilst at the gym, however I cancelled 12 months ago and exactly 12 months later my membership seems to have been reinstated and direct debits have commenced again. When I contacted them, they advised it was an error and they aware this happened to me, but were obviously waiting for my call to request a refund. I was told it would be fixed, however a week later, my account is still being debited. Disappointing ploy to make a profit from this organisation.

Poor customer service! Insulting customers! Very less equipment, not good at all for the new starters.they will say no lock in contract but they will charge on u for the rest of your year.

Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and clean facilities. They have a great creche, in a separate room away from the equipment, staffed by qualified early learning educators. They also have fantastic female only area, and their amazing classes are super effective.

DO NOT GO TO THIS GYM. They will say you are locked into a contract you are clearly not locked into even with Advice by consumer affairs. They will not process your cancellation but instead they will continue to direct debit your account and not refund. The "manager" Suzanne is rude and the owner Jason will shadow behind his staff and not return your call upon many requests his response "I'm busy today so only if I have time" what great management.you literally get what you pay for.
