Great food every time. From the burgers to the fish. Don’t bother going anywhere else in Berwick.

Staff was friendly food was great and cheap.
Burger with the lot was very filling and the barramundi flake Is huge. Could barely finish

Lamb souvlaki is very good! I would recommend this fish and chips over many other fish & chip shops I have been to in my years! The food here is divine!

Burger with the lot was great! Really enjoyed it. Patty was juciey salad was crisp and the bacon and egg were well cooked

Pros:
Cheaper than some other places.
Nice calamari rings.

Cons:
Min chips is very small ($4).
Fish was more like the frozen/manufactured kind as opposed to fresh gummy flake.

Not sorry we went there but will keep looking in the area for the best option.

Fishtastic has changed hands & we had fish & chips about a month ago & everyone loved it
But tonight we ordered a pack for 4, we could not believe how small the fish was, it’s about 1/2 the size we normally get from other fish & chip shops, the chips were really dry with little flavor, so I rang the store and asked for the owner, he said they make sure all the fish is about the same size, i asked what do they weigh, he didn’t know because they are so small, I also asked if they had changed the type of oil as the chips were dry with no flavor, he said it’s the same oil they usually use
I wasn’t happy with his I don’t care less attitude & said im going to leave a review, he said that’s your perogitve, to do so, my son later that evening had diarrhea & my hubby has a upset stomach, I will never go back

Beware of Hipster kids giving you your order.
Almost missed the hamburger, got when I asked for it. Missed the grilled flake though. What we got tasted ok.

Nice chips but do not order flake or potato cakes. It's the smallest piece of fish I have ever seen. When I asked why is the fish so small the magical answer they give you is because of "CONSISTENCY" What a load of rubbish. To consistently rip off customers and the same as their potato cakes very small. I'd rather drive 5 minutes further to get the decent size fish and potato cakes I'm used to getting.

All I want is a piece of fish with my order of chips. Not getting what you ordered is not good service. Fish n chips without the fish.hmmmmmm. Since the new owners the service has gone to the dogs.

Ordered a lamb souvlaki and asked to have the garlic and hot chilli sauce but received lamb souvlaki with chilli sauce ONLY! I called them but they didn't even offer to replace it & if the grill is off they didn't even offer me anything else they might be able to have. My partner called and the worker would not let him speak to the manager to resolve the issue! Had to throw it out as it was eating chilli with lamb instead of lamb with garlic and chilli sauce.

The food here was a solid 10/10 chicken schnitzel is amazing and so are the chips and potato cakes, to be fair most of the menu is pretty good. The people working there are very nice and helpful for new customers. The new owners are great for the company. Good job

You speak to these people and they don't understand what you want to do and when you tell them to take your chips off because they overcook them they just ignore you.

Have been coming here just about once a week for the last 10 years.
Food has become a little inconsistent with the new owners, but is generally still very good, and is improving.
After recently comparing, still find their burgers and schnitzel burgers too be the best in the area.
Good menu and prices.

This place is terrible. They only speak Chinese and don't understand English. They should go back to China. They overlook the chips. Dodgy.

Not the cheapest around, but the food is fast, fresh and flavoursome all the time. They are highly consistent in the quality of food and have a broad menu able to suit almost everyone who goes in.

Service was good when it was the original owners. Now I'm being served by incompetent people that doesn't understand English and only understand money. Absolutely appalled

About a year ago I placed a rating of 1 star as the new management were making some aberage food. I decided to go back yesterday and I'm very pleasantly suprised. The chips and potato cakes I ordered were perfect. Fishtastic have my business again)

I ordered a Flake and it was like as if I'm eating a rubber. Would never go back. Visited store on 23/04/2017. And the size of the flake was small like a kids flake fish that one can get in some stores.
