Fishpot 一鲜 Doncaster

The hot pot with Eastern Star Grouper Soup is really good and the ingredients are fresh. My friends and I like it very much! The quality of the wagyu is also goodI will come again next time!

We love their signature fragrant fish soup and the very fresh food at Fishpot. We were very happy with their customer service and were particularly impressed with Jason Ling who served us.

The food was really fresh, and the hotpot soup base was flavourful with lots of fried fish and meat already included. Highly recommend.

New established local fresh hot pot restaurant. Nice, clean and friendly stuff. Followed them since Melbourne City and now come to Doncaster East.

Was waiting for this place to open as we had seen then setting up over the last week. We were not disappointed. We chose a half half broth (fish and collagen) and ordered 6 dishes. Probably a bit too much for 2 of us as we didn’t realise the broth had lots of filling in it too. The fish broth had fried fish bones, fish fillet, vegetable and taro while the collagen soup had vegetables in it. Food was fresh and yummy. Highly recommend coming in a larger group so you can try more dishes. We will be back. The hot pot setup was also cool (see video attached)

Just walked in on their first day of soft launch, and found the food is delicious, of good quality and cozy environment to enjoy the food.

Have been longing to eat this kind of steamboat
(Like those back home) and finally this one closed enough to satisfy the craving.

Just 6 days new, great service. The signature fish soup was very tasty, naturally sweet. They come regularly to skim the soup and top it up as well. Jason looked after us really well, friendly chatty guy with great customer service even put together a condiment of sauces for us. Will go back to try the other soup bases.

Came to try the unique flavour compare to other hot pot restaurants. Blown away by the service and the quality of food. Make sure you try the soup first of all. Definitely will be back to try the other flavours.

Generally speaking, the food is good. The only thing may stop me from coming again is the seat is too small for people’ knees.

Authentic HK style hot pot, great soup base. Slightly noisy but it’s ok. Would be great if air con is turned up.

Definitely one of the best hotpot places in Melbourne. Visited their newly opened branch in Doncaster. Definitely enjoyed it
