3 Solid return and low fees. Also their customer service has been very good.
Only criticism is that their platform could be a better digital experience. For example if would be great if you could change the investment allocation online rather than having to print out forms, fill them in and then post them.
Slowed down the process of me accessing my money for Covid-19 early release. They accepted my husbands NZ passport but made me get a certified copy and send it to them via post which will take who knows how long. So annoying will not be dealing with them ever again
For 6 months, I've had nothing but problems and dramas with them.
Glad I've switched Super to people that care.
Don't recommend First Super. Not unless you're looking for a joke.
