Going to be completely honest and analytical in this review after 3.5 months with First Page.

Starting with Tom Grundon my account manager - clear communication, great industry knowledge and understands my concerns as a sole trader apparel business. Sometimes takes a few extra emails/calls to get a hold but that is understandable, he is very busy man.
He managed to cool me down several times in the beginning months when my head was on fire stressing about results. “This is going to be a mega campaign” he would say. I’m a very skeptical person and even more so when it comes to things that aren’t guaranteed so I honestly struggled the first few weeks of the campaign going live after seeing quite average results. He continued to reassure me and I believe he has/is doing everything in his power to ensure success. He takes feedback well and is easy to talk to about goals and results.

Following with Jim- I believe he is absolutely invested in the success and growth of my business. His expertise in digital advertising is clear. I fully trust his ability to target and convert customers.

And Scotty- the man responsible for signing me up. His calls and proposals were very enticing and we had originally placed a goal to double sales volume from 1800 orders/year to 3600/ orders per year. While there was no guarantee of these goals I figured that a professional agency with an office like a space-station could probably manage it. Scotty is clear and reliable in communication.

The results - As mentioned, the first few months of the campaign going live were turbulent, understandably so, my business is extremely niche so creatives and copy took time to build into something that matched my brands identity.

For reference, I signed up on September 26th.

The first month was setting up and getting everything running and Month 2 ads went live.

In these first 2 months results were keeping me up at night. I was worried. Tom kept saying “just give it more time, ads need to learn, everything will work out, it’s only been a month” it became hard to believe him at times, results speak louder than words after all and the results were luke-warm.

Mid-November-
Ads start to pick up however I am still yet to break even on my investment in management fees and adspend.

Late-November-
Ads start becoming profitable and we finish the month with a 250% increase in revenue compared to August.

December-
Ads explode. Revenue grows 1100% in comparison to September.
Biggest month to date by 3x. Everyone at first page was busy in the lead up to Xmas but there was still time allocated to discuss plans and new ads for the holiday period. Results were great.

Now it’s mid-January- revenue is up 15% compared to December which is wild and We are on track to beat Decembers performance.

Here’s a quick summary:

In September, before signing I was making $8k a month.

In December we had made $80k.

Incredible results. Now we have to maintain them. I will be sure to write another review in September after 12 months.

So far success has been great. Tom, Jim and Scotty believe and plan to continue this growth and I have good faith they will do everything possible to ensure success for my business.
