Amazing staff, always so polite from the moment you walk in, they always have a smile on their face and up for a brief chat.
The updates we get during the week of what they have been up to, and the daily routine of what they have to eat, etc, help me as a parent know she in the right hands of the beautiful staff.

After spending a year at another centre in Pakenham, we followed the amazing now Director of FiRST Pakenham, Brooke to this beautiful centre. I’ve never looked back. Always great communication. Would highly recommend this centre to friends and family.

I love the ladies who look after my daughter at First Early Learning. Dasni and Hiru are just so kind and they give the most detailed updates of what my little girl does each day.

She comes home beaming, and the other day her hair was even beautifully braided. Thank you! I’m terrible with doing her hair lol.

I’ve heard that so many other daycare centres have different staff looking after their children each day. I love that there’s consistency with just having these 2 ladies being the primary carers.

Also, the small group sizes means there’s not too many kids in the room at any given time.

My daughter had transitioned from another service to first early learning and it's one of the best decisions that I've ever made for her cognitive and emotional development. Her kindergarten team provides stimulating and rich learning experiences that foster her ability to become a confident and involved learner.words cannot express the gratitude that I have for the entire team! They are all wonderful ️

Beautiful centre with caring and attentive staff. They take amazing care of the kids enrolled there and keep me updated all day about what my little ones are upto.have nothing but positive comments about this daycare and would highly recommend anyone looking for a centre to take a look at First early learning.

I had to urgently go back to work. As a first time mum you can only imagine how daunting this was to leave my baby, especially in the unexpected circumstances we faced. Well Brooke and her amazing team of educators made the transition as easy as possible. Our baby’s face lights up when we drop her off and she realises where she is. We love getting the updates on the Storypark up, it helps us feel so so connected. The activities are so enriching - far more fun than anything we do at home! Thank you so much for caring for our little Millie and creating such a special place for her. She has developed in leaps and bounds in her short time there, we love being a part of the First community.

My Children have been attending first early learning pakenham for 2 years now, we are so happy with this centre!
The team at FiRST are excellent, their care and commitment to the education and well-being of my children is exceptional.
My 4yr old is participating in the Kinder program this year and is loving it! She loves attending swimming lessons and going on adventures for bush kinder. FiRST offer a large variety or excursions and incursions which is amazing:)
My 4 month old has just started attending as it was time to return to work, Brooke (Director) and the team have really helped to ease my anxiety through this transition by offering multiple Play-dates so myself and my baby could get familiar with the educators and the room.
The communication is excellent with regular updates via storypark. Any concerns I have had have been heard and addressed promptly.

I love sending my son to first in Pakenham. He always comes back with the biggest smile. The staff always make sure that he is cared for. They also make sure the process of sign up and drop off is as easy as possible. Thank you for looking after my son and I will be continuing sending my son here.

Such an amazing centre, lovely caring staff that are always very welcoming and very helpful. They have swimming lessons for the kinder kids and do bush kinder and other fun activities.
Henry has come a long way since starting at first and I love watching him gain more confidence, learn new things and make friends.
He loves going to daycare/kindy and we love all the educators and staff. Great communication too!:)

Such a fantastic new center! As first time parents sending our child with allergies to daycare seemed abit daunting, but the beautiful caring staff made it such a breeze!
Our little boy and all the childen are so well looked after, loved and extremely well fed!
It's amazing to see the growth and development in the children.
We receive constant updates throughout the day and an extremely thorough and exciting story filled with photos highlighting the children's day!

Incredible daycare. The educators are lovely and caring, as well as supportive and encouraging. My son is thriving here and it's thanks to all the amazing staff. Communication is second to none.

Centre has been amazing with my two boys and was a refreshing change from previous experiences. Educators have been caring from the start and have the best interests of the little ones in mind.

First early learning pakenham centre and educators are amazing! My older boy has been going since he was three months old and loves it so much! And now my youngest has started and I was very anxious in having him there due to being so little but all educators made me feel very comfortable and trusting and have done a brilliant job.
My older boy does gardening, sensory, paintings and a whole lot of activities during the week. He comes home with all new words and dance moves also! If I could I’d give a 10/10 rating!
Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a new centre!

This is the best childcare/kinder my daughter has ever attended, the teachers are awesome & always always cheery! Lauren & Jenna are incredible, we love seeing them every day & the chef is also the best, I have a quick chat with her most days.
All in all, 11/10! You won’t be disappointed, bring you children here if you’re looking for a great childcare/kinder

From when we first walked it we felt comfortable and welcome. The staff are amazing and take care of our boy as if he was there own. He is happy to go to daycare each day which is a relief NOT having to deal with tears at drop off. They're constantly doing new things to keep the kids entertained and educating them along the way. We love the daily updates and communication from the centre also.
If you want somewhere you can trust and be comfortable leaving your kids then look no further, you have found the centre!

We have loved having our son attend this Centre they are all so friendly and caring. Jenna the manager is so nice, helpful and always makes you feel so welcome when she greats you in the entry. The educators in his room are so lovely and they always keep you updated throughout the day with what he is up to. Makes sending your child to care so easy as I never have to stress I know he is always having a great time.

Came across from another centre and first early learning smashed all expectations and my kids love it
