We decided to advertise & sell our home ourselves. With the legal backing of FCL to produce the required legal documents: Vendor Statement, Contract of Sale & Section 32 together with Validation of Identity, the sale of our property proceeded smoothly through to Settlement & Transfer of funds to our nominated bank account. Confidence inspiring!
A roadmap of the entire process together with a clear picture of progress was provided via a comprehensive online dashboard with our personal login accessible alternately from Win10Pro, iPhone & iPad.
Everything was conducted remotely without having to print, sign & scan documents or attend an office. Adobe Acrobat forms were filled-in & our digital signatures affixed.
As soon as we discover our dream home, we shall be signing with James & FCL to facilitate the conveyancing of our purchase.
