Completed order and then entered credit card details however, did not receive order confirmation! Not impressed and very unprofessional.
Now have to chase up the order. The whole idea of ordering online is the convenience factor however, this organisation has missed the mark.

Our company has purchased xmas hampers for our different project partners & consultants from First Class Hampers the last few years. Every year they have provided excellent products & customer service. Last year there were a few incorrect addresses for some recipients (due to relocations during the year) and the team at First Class Hampers were onto it! They contacted me for correct address details and the hampers were redelivered within a day or two. Which was great considering it was a week or 2 before xmas! We will definitely continue to order from First Class Hampers.

First and last time I will use this company. Delivery delayed. Courier blamed retailer, COVID and Christmas. Retailer blamed courier, COVID and Christmas. COVID has been an issue for over 18 months and Christmas is an annual event. Your lack of planning and care factor was nearly zero. Not worth the risk. Will go elsewhere next time.

We have been ordering hampers from First Class for over 12 months now for our settlement gifts and I must say we have not had a single problem. The ordering system is super easy and the communication from the team is excellent. Obviously near Christmas time some hampers are sold out which is normal, but the team always come back to us with an alternative. Our clients love the boxes shaped as houses and all the contents inside. The perfect settlement gift.
