We fitted out 3 bathroom areas and bought everything from First Choice Warehouse. We were very happy with the results. We visited different First Choice stores and the service was always great and staff were knowledgeable. We bought most of the supplies at the Brunswick store and Amber was a fantastic help. First Choice Bathrooms allowed us the change a few items and our overall experience was excellent. Thank you.

Good value and extensive taps and sinks range. Highly recommend, got my kitchen and laundry taps and laundry sink here.

We bought all our bathroom fit out here after being recommended by our interior designer. After comparing to another place which our builder recommends, we decide on FirstChoice in Brunswick - they have such a good range to choose from at a fair price. Linh was specifically helpful, she’s an absolute delight and made great recommendations and our lives easier!

I was nervous about purchasing from a lesser known company but the service, staff and all of their products are excellent. I fitted out 2 bathrooms and a powder room and I couldn’t be happier. The quality of the products are fantastic and Linh one of there sales consultants went above and beyond to ensure we had a seemless experience. I even spoke to the owner about the components used in their tapware and he was very insightful and happy to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend this company as their products are great quality and well priced.

The staff is outstanding. All my needs instantly met, even changes were happily and immediately assisted. The quality is superior. I have renovated 2 houses with 2 bathrooms in each within 3 years and did not even research elsewhere. Highly recommend Lin, Super Efficient and coworkers Katarina and Abha equally professional.

Just completed my 2 bathrooms with First Choice Warehouse - Very happy with the service and products - Catarina also was kind enough to recommend some great tradesmen who created 2 amazing bathrooms for me. We bought all of our bathroom products from these guys about 18 months ago and their service at the time was great and again now when I had to contact them for a spare part. Totally recommend them.

I purchased a toilet system from these guys a couple of years ago, and needed a spare part today - they couldn't have been more helpful! After having used First Choice numerous times in their old location in Kirkdale St, I was so pleased to find they hadn't left Brunswick! Fantastic new showroom.but what my review is really about is the great service they've given me in helping with an after sales part. Just a replacement expanding screw on a toilet seat hinge, but as well as getting it for me and checking in with me about collecting the part, Michael took me step by step through a demo of what I needed to do (excellent for someone who gets challenged by basic practicalities).
