First Choice Warehouse

We visited the Moorabin store on Sat 6/1/24 and were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, many displays, range of products and customer service we received. We were greeted promptly and politely by Sandra who was very helpful in assisting us with our many enquiries. A very positive experience. Thank you!

Spacious showroom with everything laid out in a nice way to see the range of products. We were assisted by Ronwyn who was able to assist us with our questions and had a great knowledge of the products and helping us to choose the right products and was able to quickly put a quote together.

Lots of parking in front of the showroom carpark otherwise on the street.

My partner and I walked into first choice warehouse this morning. One of the floor sales staff asked where our masks were, we are both medically except asthmatics and do not require a mask. We advised this to her and she said to us she can refuse to serve us because we did not have masks. She also asked us to provide our medical exceptions which is illegal. Under no circumstances should a shop floor assistant be asking for our medical exceptions which is private and confidential. I am absolutely disgusted and will not be coming back here again, nor will I be recommending friends or family to this store. I will also be taking this further. Discrimination at its finest.

I highly recommend the people at First Choice Warehouse Moorabbin. The showroom is divine and their effort is amazing. I had a slight discoloration on one of our towel rails and their warranty people were so good, refitted a new one so all is good. I will be coming back for the next bathroom.

We drove 3.5 hrs to collect a large order we had placed at the Moorabbin store. The guy who help load the items was fantastic. We had to go instore to make a purchase for something else we wanted. The lady who eventually served after waiting for her to even acknowledge we were there, was rude and ubrupt, to the point we told her Not to worry about it and walked out.
We were ordering most items for our renovations from the store and will now take my money elsewhere where its actually appreciated.

Driving past showroom I noticed they were on sale great prices and service even though showroom was busy I was served quite promptly and received some great advice and a quote, I will be back to buy before sale ends

Great toilets! However the plumbers they recommended (24/7 Local Plumber) turned out to be deceiving and overcharging scam artists. Get your toilets here but find your own plumber to install them!

Customer service? Non existant! Appalling treatment of their paying customers by their staff! I will never, ever go back and would recommend everyone to find another supplier if they want any sort of quality in both product and service.

I really can't speak highly enough of the service we received on the purchase of the fittings for our ensuite renovations. Nothing was too much trouble and we were given expert advice on our choices. The staff were very friendly and we never felt pressured during our dealings there. First class, friendly service.

Am currently renovating my bathroom and Laundry, popped into the Moorabbin store on the weekend, as it was recommended by a friend and OMG, I was amazed at the displays I thought being a ‘warehouse’ products will be all over the place but it’s so the opposite, I was in heaven there are so many bathroom displays I was getting very confused with it all, the staff were bloody amazing they are very knowledgeable of products and there customer service Is a 10/10, they even made me a cuppa, purchased all my products then and there! Can’t wait to receive my delivery next week!

Wow, what a beautiful showroom that has numerous live displays of what your bathroom can look like. Great quality products- The staff are very helpful and have a great level of knowledge. I must thank my builder for recommending First Choice Warehouse.
