A great thank you to Sol from First Choice Warehouse who helped me out with a replacement cartridge for my leaking mixer we purchased 3 years ago. Frustrated with the lack of service from our own plumber- we had to replace the cartridge ourselves. It was delight to get a friendly voice and service even when we were in stage 4 lock down-

I bought a tap here. We took it home and changed our minds. We brought it back the next day still in it's unopened packaging. The store policy is not to refund, but to give a store credit only. Our salesperson - Narges, was very professional, polite and understanding - she is a real asset to the place. The store manager refunded us the money the next day. I would shop here again as despite their antiquated returns policy, the staff made the right decision in allowing a full refund and looked after me.

Dishonest and deceptive advertising. The photo shows exactly what I thought I had bought, however, this product advertised with the price on top, doesn't tell you that this is the colour you WON't be getting. You also DON'T get the top, and you only get HALF of what you see. There isn't any dimensions on the ticket price either! This is apparently two cupboards put together, the top is not included, and the colour will not be the one you receive either. Who knew? This is still being falsely advertised in their Blackburn showroom.

Excellent service, quality goods shame we didn't find this company first as we would not have gone elsewhere. Thank you to all of the staff, you guys are the best.

Purchased a kitchen sink at a recent sale it didn't fit went back to return sink and found the staff were very helpful changed it over for correct size on the same day! Very happy with service

Renovating a house locally whilst driving up Whitehorse rd found these guys, absolutely awsome showroom I bought all my rough in products, all items were all in stock was happy as after visiting a number of nearby bathroom stores getting no service and no one holds stock! For a busy tradie I found it too easy to get what I needed I will be buying the rest of my products here thumbs up

Originally I brought bathroom goods from the Brunswick store but having brought a new home in the East it made good sense to visit their Blackburn store. Once again I am very satisfied with the experience. Highly recommend.

Customer service said they could install ASAP they came and delivered a quote instead. They wouldnt install on that date even though I was very clear on the importance. They wanted $904 for a quick stove top install that would cost $120 elsewhere.

The service at First Choice Warehouse Backburn is exemplary. Quentin was knowledgeable, helpful and very professional. We went into FCW feeling flat after looking at other bathroom shops where we struggled to find taps and basins that were stylish but didn't cost the earth. Quentin guided us repsectfully to choose beautiful tapware without the designer price tag. Within half an hour we had chosen all our tapware and basins for 3 and a half bathrooms all thanks to Quentin. We left with a really affordable quote and confidence that we have chosen excellent products. We highly recommend First Choice Warehouse Blackburn.

What a disappointment. Placed a big order with this company and paid up front. Cancelled one item on the order (before it was even ordered) and now can't get my money back. Won't be going back to First Choice Warehouse. There is no customer service.
