Excellent range of Gin and Whisky in particular.

A bit light on for international beer choices. But lots of wine, champagne and upmarket reds for a special gift when needed.

Helpful staff. Didn't have some of the wine i wanted as Coles/James Busby wines had deleted the brand.

Just by checking my bank account I noticed that an unauthorised transaction was made. Following up with my credit bank I was informed that this store was used as an online transaction without my knowledge. Now just waiting to see what response I get from them

It would have been five stars but one of the workers was clearly having a bad day. The other 2 staff members were really helpful and the store was immaculate with a huge selection. So overall I was really happy. Thank you to the lovely girl that served me and being so friendly

Poor Customer service by so called Store Manager and lack of knowledge regarding Click and Collect services to the staff. Picked up more than 10 orders (click and collect) using digital ID and I was refused yesterday by store manager. Earlier staff informed me that digital ID accepted for Click and Collect but store manager had her own story. (do not know who is right). Overall the customer service from Store Manager was very poor.

Terrible mask wearing by staff. The manager wasn't even carrying a mask and the cashier was wearing their under their chin. Get it together!

Don’t trust them.

I bought a slab of beer with click and collect. Went to collect it and they bring out a stale slab with 1 week before the best before date. It still had the “reduced to clear” price that was half of what I paid online. I told them I want my mo way back and had to wait 30mins before they could refund me. Shonky practices to clear stale product they haven’t been able to sell

A wide selection of wine and liquor. The wines are mostly the low to mid range. A lot of affordable wines to choose from

Nice store but their systems are terrible! Often products don't scan and promotions are never loaded. Forever telling the staff how much I should be charged

Web site needs work. Adding 6 or more wines to the cart results in random application of the "six or more" pricing. Not good enough!

Great click and collect experience. I was literally in and out in 30 seconds. The team member was friendly and efficient. Other businesses take note: This is how click and collect should be done!

Happy, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Wide range of stock and plenty of trolleys to get it to your car.

Reasonable range, convenient location. Prices generally on the high side, although occasionally their specials are ridiculously good value.

Great prices and huge range. Staff always very friendly and will offer ideas that come from personal experience rather than whatever us on sale that week. Also happy to admit when they don't which is great. Massive selection of drinks to cater to all tastes and budgets.

Huge range, big store, Great staff who are friendly, helpful, know where stuff is and easy to find.

It's for everything from wines to spirits, beers, to alchopops, picollos to magnums and nices aplenty.

Didn’t get served because I was with my son and the ignorant cashier redhead man thought I was going to give my 12 year old son all of the alcohol I was purchasing absolutely DISGUSTING
