Ordered a nice bottle of champagne and it arrived hot off the shelf with door dash. A bottle from the store fridge (which I buy often) would have been appreciated.

So I was happy with the drop I bought.

Recently moved into the area.shopped multiple times and never asked for ID.once the mask restriction ended a Karen didn’t wanted to serve me asked for ID. ID was expired I had a slip saying I have a new one on the way.clearly see I’m 30yr old on my license.workers and manager both have served me before.yet had no choice to back the Karen.worst customer service/loyalty never shop there again. Beyond last choice! Also liquor land down the road has better prices I came to find out! Peace out A town

Whilst First Choice generally have promotional discounts and are very rarely cheaper than Dan Murphy's, staff must honour their "Lowest Price Promise" if requested by customers. Shop here and demand competitor prices!

Good range. They had run out of gluten free beer when I went in, but in fairness, it was the week leading up to Christmas day. The staff are helpful and everything is pretty easy to find.

Rude stuff members specially on a Friday 20mins from closing time the old lady asking people for ID when they have grey hair on their beard and look way older than 25 is a joke!

Very solid selection of beers, wines and spirits and always a bargain to be had throughout the store.

Great selection of various types of alcohol, including all your favourite beers, wines, spirits, and liqueurs, at great prices, very clean and well presented store, staff are also well presented and friendly. Also very conveniently located.

When a customer is waiting at the till serve the customer! You can do your data entry later. Don't ignore the customer and keep entering data the computer can wait.

Big difference

I experienced a friendly staff member at payment but disappointed in stock selection. I went into the store to buy a carton of cider but cool room selection in choice was pretty limited. Ended up having to buy 4 x 6 packs. Chilled wine selection very limited too.

Booze glorious booze! Always a huge range for anything you want. Staff normally pretty good, sometimes long waits. Would always choose this over BWS across the road.

Best staff ever they treated me kindly and with respect and looked after me. The shop is large and nicely laid out to easy browse. I wish for bigger selection of products and more competing prices.
