First Choice Liquor Mornington

Shopped at this store 11: 30 this morning. I purchased 19 bottles of wine in total. The young, dark haired ‘assistant’ then stood by while I loaded all of the bottles from my trolley into boxes on the counter, then lifted the boxes into my trolley. He stood by the entire time playing with a tape measure, with no intention of offering assistance. On the way out an elderly gentleman asked if I needed assistance to load into my car. I declined, but was grateful for his courtesy. Woeful customer service First Choice!

First choice is a great liquor store but it is annoying having to go all the way to mornington. They should have one in FrankstonSeadordCarrumCarrum Downs area

Absolutely terrible customer service today 26/08/22 around 1: 00pm. Young man working there should rethink how he interacts with customers, left me feeling extremely uncomfortable. I have already spoken with the store manager, however I will not be coming near this store again after having such a horrible experience. Went in here to buy a special wedding gift as this was the only store with stock of this particular wine. I am still in shock about how my partner and I were treated by this man. If you do go to this store choose to be served by someone else and save yourself the drama.

I have never experienced such bad customer service in my life from a certain member of staff at this store. I normally don't post reviews however, I felt the need to warn others to avoid this store if they can.
It was a young man serving me, and he acted very rude and condescending to me and laughing in my face. He was also being aggressive towards my girlfriend constantly staring her down and making her feel really uncomfortable.

It has been my first choice for drinks for long time. Great variety, competitive process and helpful staff.

Very helpful staff, helped me to buy one of the best wines so we could give to our friends, who thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you.

Some OK deals for spirits but I'd avoid if you like craft beer. They like to keep stock on the shelves/in fridges for way too long. Found beer canned in March 2020.

Jacinta helped me with my recent search for a new wine to try. Her knowledge of the products showed she has a genuine passion for the industry. She has obviously done her research and is confidently able to pass information on to her customers. I was really happy with the wine she recommended for me (Devils Corner Pinot Noir)

This place has just had a rejig and its very second rate now. Dan Murphy's has it all to themselves now.

Great place to shop for that special something plus very helpful and friendly staff, shop there all the time.

This is a average sized liquor store. Its layed out in a less appealing layout than stores like Dan Murphys Liquor, and also they have less choice and an almost 100% different selection of wines because they know they can't price match. So they simply fill the store with a (personally) less likable selection of wines. They have an okay selection of spirits however could have 1.75L bottles alongside the 750ML & 1L Bottles for their entire range. It would also be good to see several more gins, vodkas, bourbons, and so on.

Very clean, friendly staff and cool layout in the store. Pricing is ok on the ticket value but they are happy to roice match if you can prove you can buy it cheaper elsewhere. I generally find Dan Murphys is cheaper for the wines that I buy. Really loved the store though.

Great prices and staff. Large selection of wines. 10% off every now and again. It's my local wine store.
