First Choice Liquor Market Bentleigh

Definitely the best bottle shop in the area. Competitive prices, great specials, and huge variety.

Went there to pick up my "Click & Collect" order.
Great parking spaces, literally in front of the door, the shop assistant helped to bring the cartons to the car boot, very helpful and friendly staff.

First Choice Liquor is a ok bottle shop but the variety and prices aren't the best, definitely not my first choice to get Liquor.

Great wine and liquor variety coupled with outstanding old fashioned Customer Service. Terry is very helpful and friendly.

Ample parking space beside the store, great variety of all kinds of liquor were there. Well kept and maintained store. The staff was friendly too.

Racist and impolite staff who doesn't know any customer service.

Would've actually been very happy with my experience but I was denied my order despite the fact I am 21 and my parents were the ones buying the alcohol not me, will not be going back, very unhappy with this place not to mention it is my local so it is extra disappointing

Every type of drink around, and the staff, especially the young man who served me was fantastic and helpful.
Highly recommend.

Have been going to this branch of first choice for 4 years and always happy with the service and selection on offer.

Came for a pick up but would not let me take it because my photo ID was on my phone and not a hard copy. There was no way to speak sense. Then one of the staff went outside to smoke her vape at the entrance.
Ended up getting a $25 voucher for the bad service

They have quite a variety of international beers from Germany, Japanese and many other countries.

Used to have more beer specials and even a separate fridge where the special deals would change this is now unfortunately no longer!

I have the worst experience with First Choice Liquor Bentleigh today! I spoke with BEN and he was so useless!

I made the purchase with click and collect but i could not pick up my items.

DO NOT EVER DEAL WITH FIRST CHOICE LIQUOR IN BENTLEIGH.

Open til 10pm on Friday night which is handy during near Xmas period to do last minute alcohol gift shopping. Quite competitive price for wine.

Not the best experience. Ordered via click and collect but no confirmation message was sent that order was ready after 4 days of waiting! Had to call up to check. Told by automated service that wait time was 30 minutes. After waiting 30 minutes on hold, same automated service advised wait time was still 30 minutes! So opted for the call back service. Once call centre got in touch, turns out order was ready to collect but even though all our details were entered correctly, they had no explanation as to why no message was received to confirm order was ready to pick up. We never have this stress using Dan Murphy's click & collect.
