First Choice Liquor Fountain Gate

Great location on the way out of Fountain Gate, a little difficult to find what I was looking for and assistance from staff. Still ok though.

Bought Cinzano Rosso for my aperitif & Triple Sec to soak my fruits for our Christmas sangria,
Good prices.

Great store, but some thing's they just don't have, but otherwise it's a great store, shame the great staff have all left due to being robbed, great job guys putting up the glass finally, hopefully it stops the stealing and staff abuse, I really miss Janet and then Kelly Naomi Aidan, thank goodness Rylie is still there, new staff are ok but it's not the same as when they truly know there customers, besides that great store especially around Xmas for deals example 3 spirits for$120 it used to be $100? What's with that one thing goes up people think it gives them the right to raise the already huge prices, sad Times we're in, getting hit at the petrol pump supermarket and even out relaxation, it's stopped me even drinking on the weekend it's getting to pricie

The Fountain Gate store opening hours are till 6pm Saturday on the website. Just went to pick up a click and collect order to be met with a closed store at 5.30pm. Rang the store to be told sorry website hours are wrong! Would be good if they changed the hours to update the website. It’s not a mum and dad business, it’s a big company you would think that would be someone’s job to update the site.

I walked into the store and went looking on the shelves for I r the wine I was after until.
I saw the fridge and thought to myself I would prefer a cold bottle of wine and not long afterwards your staff offered their services to me. I found your staff to be most polite and helpful.

I called this morning to confirm they had what I needed to buy & Rylea was extremely friendly & helpful over the phone.
When I entered the store a little later, I was greeted by a very friendly hello & what can I do to help you & yep it was the lovely Rylea again & she remembered our phone conversation…WOW!

Competitive prices what let it down was they should of had couple more staff on today the staff that was on where swamped I honestly felt for them, and could of had some guidance as was a first time shopper their I didn't know the layout

Great selection of local and imported beers. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the store is pretty quiet considering it's in a major shopping centre

Been buying Berri lexis for years at this store. They ran out two weeks ago and I asked when the stock was coming in. The girl at the front counter said we don't have any and there isn't any on order. A week later I rang head office and they said there isn't any in stock and there isn't any on order. I bought from Dan Murphy's. I gave up.

Decent range of craft and independent beers, alot better than some other large liquor stores. Convenient location, although parking can be difficult at times when the shopping center is busy.

3 stars as I collected an online order from here, but discovered they had picked it incorrectly after getting to the car, so had to go back and get it fixed up. Although it was fixed up, it was an inconvenience I could have done without.

Very bad service. Keli (Staff Member) was very rude and asked to speak to manager but she refused to help. Avoid at all costs and shop elsewhere.

Popular place with really good location at the front entrance. Big selection and staff that know stuff about alcohol stuff.

First choice for liquor, last choice if you're wanting customer service.

Usually purchase liquor here for our parties/barbecues however, after the extremely poor service we just received from the cashier: Kelly, we will not be back. By far the worst service I've experienced as a patron to date.

Placed my first online order. Was given nothing but attitude to not being aware of the ins and outs of their system. When walking into first choice liquor after placing an online order the lady behind the desk Keli did not want to talk to us. She made myself and my partner feel like complete morons for not being well versed in this first time process for us.
I can only say if this is how the whole franchise is trained in customer service I will not return. Fingers crossed I hope not.

Always enjoy a visit to the bottle O, enjoy a beer or two and they had a good selection on hand and some helpful staff to answer my questions on the craft beer.

I was shocked today to be told I could not buy alcohol because my daughter was with me and she is under 25 with no ID on her, as The alcohol was mine, it shouldn’t not make a difference, I’m 50 and should be able to buy alcohol. As a result I will never go back nor recommend this store.

Pretty good range, pricing was good, it was convenient for me at the time. Still can't go past Dan Murphies for range and value
