First Choice Liquor Flemington reviews
18Love this place. Staff are so nice & friendly. Heaps of beers, wines and the prices are unbeatable. Clearance bin always has some bargains in it too.
Very obliging staff and a fantastic selection of alcohol with the bonus of some really good specials
Difficult to find but worth the visit, a far better bottleshop than Liquorland, friendly staff who greet you warmly and some great specials
Ordered online and walked there in the rain once there they said they didn't have the product and they'd refund me because they couldn't substitute the drinks for others Rang head office got sorted but then the worker still couldn't get it right after 5/6 phone calls I just wanted my refund, Won't be ever ordering online again absolute night mare
Weirdly good here, don"t know why, let's not ruin it & tell everyone ok- so helpful with multiple things: THUMBS UP.
Good service medium range of wines.
I think Coles are still working out their go to market plan.
The staff are very nice and their customer service is really good. I always find a good bargain there every time i go
Ordered online and paid for 3 items, however only two got delivered. Lied to me on the phone that I haven’t paid for it and never ordered it. I emailed processed order confirmation screenshot and bank slip showing the full charge! Guess what? - a week in and no reply! I mean it’s only a case of stout but this is more like a theft and beyond any reasonable doubt their systems aren’t best. Do yourself a favour, spend 5$ extra and buy somewhere else. May not be this particular store responsible, but it’s closest to me.
Great range, cheaper than anywhere else and the crew is always a delight. Shout out to Tom, not just for having the coolest name, but for being a delight everytime.
Terrible service or lack of it from an over zealous shop assistant. Time to take up some training mate.
Don't bother trying to click and collect. Read other reviews for similar experiences. Their system is broken and they can't even setup an email server properly that doesn't trigger phishing warnings.
60 minutes for click and collect? More like 6 hours, with multiple phone calls and emails, only for the order to cancelled cause their IT guys are incompetent. Can't speak for the store itself, but don't bother to click and collect. Waste of time.
Great range and cheap prices, the staff members have even chased me down in the carpark to give me products that I've purchased and accidentally left at the counter, there are some excellent staff members here
Took a bit of a while to find the place but its a well organised shop with some really nice staff of whom were very helpful.well done!
Gave me a 2016 St Henri when I ordered a 2012 with Click and Collect (which is $100 vs $150 value). Furthermore, my second order didn't get through so I was made to contact head office. The person in store clearly saw the order on my phone and basically told me computer says no. Waited on hold for 30 mins and the solution was that a supervisor from that team would call me to sort out the next business day. No phone call recieved. Wasted my time and money.
Great collection of beer. Wine list is short compare to Dan. Still more stock and choice compare to local liquors. Price is ok. And they accept flybuys.
A good range of beers, wines and spirits. Prices are often better than sister store, Coles Liquorland, situated just across the carpark (but sometimes not).
I (24 years old) attempted to buy drinks with my Girlfriend and her brother for her 25th Birthday Party. Before we had even walked in the door one of your staff (middle aged blonde lady) started yelling from behind the counter "Do you all have ID" in front of everyone (we hadn't even stepped in the store yet). My girlfriends brother realized he had left his at home. So I said to my girl friend to take him home.the staff member proceeded to keeping yelling from behind the counter "No, none of you can come in". I said "so we have to drive home get his ID and come back? " and she said yes that's the only way. We are NOT upset about this, if this is policy that is fine. But why did she have to yell from behind the counter in front of half a dozen customers embarrassing 3 adults in their mid 20s before they even had walked in the store, how is this policy? We buy all our party drinks at your store and now we will never go back. You just lost $560 and hundreds of more dollars over one very rude old lady on your staff. If I did that to one of my customers I'd be fired.
