The trainer Vijetha was amazing. She explained everything so well. Answered all questions. Her information was accurate and relevant. I would recommend first aid training with her, to anyone.

The trainer was very good. She got straight to the point without foolish games etc. I liked her straightforward, warm delivery.

The First Aid teacher Katrina was amazing and very knowledgeable. The class was relaxed but informative.
It would have been better if I could have only done the First Aid, not the CPR. Great work.

I have done few CPR training in Belmont, Geelong, this is the best training I ever had. The instructor is amazing, she explains everything very well. She knows her skills very well and you can see there is a passion to share the knowledge. I hope my next first aid training will still be her. Her name starts with letter V, I think, its very impolite of me not to remember her name, my apologies. Thank you Miss V. I have learned a lot from you.

Completed it on 19/2 - didn’t get the certificate until 3 days later even though it’s guaranteed same day certificate.
Spoke to multiple staff via the online chat and they stated they haven’t been able to get in contact with the trainer who JUST needed to send the attendance report - they also ensured me it would be sent the next day which it wasn’t.

Only picked this company to get it on the same day due to important interviews and applications that I was undergoing.

The training was fantastic but there was no covid safe distancing with 20 people in the group and everyone sitting so close together. Masks were not enforced for people to wear and most importantly whilst doing CPR on the mannequins there was no wiping down in between sharing as well as using the epi pens. No hygiene used whatsoever which is appauling. The trainer never even told anyone to wipe any of the equipment which is disgusting. Apart from that the training was excellent.

First Aid course Feedback
My name is Andrew Negrelli and I completed the First Aid couse at Queen St on Sunday 20.2.22
I want to point out that the first aid course went well but as I have a Mild Cerebral Palsy the trainer didn’t offer me any extra assistance in the practical part where I am a bit slower than others.aAso there were no handouts to follow and I had to take my own notes and I was also had to follow from the power points.
I wasn’t given enough notice about the e learning assessment before I enrolled in the course and also wasn’t given enough time to study for it as I had to keep ringing to reschedule and I rang at one stage to reschedule and had a rude phone operator who wanted to charge me an extra $22 on top of what I paid.
I also thought the trainer should have asked us all why we were doing the course, he just assumed we were all there o become First aid people for our workplaces. I was there for personal development and some knowledge for my family and friends if they need help.

I found this First Aid course the easiest to match to my schedule. They have a great online learning resource that reduces your face to face contact requirements. The assessment session was very efficient and the instructor was very professional. Highly recommended!

The venue was easy to find with easy access and plenty of parking however there are two meeting rooms at the rear and everyone was waiting at the wrong entrance unaware that there was another meeting room. The instructor was very good. She was efficient and professional in her instructions both verbal and demonstrated. I was very impressed by the whole experience and will contact your company again next year when I need to update my first aid.
