I loved the place and environment, its a very good venue for party and celebration. I have visited there twice so, only the thing that I wasn’t impressed was the SOUND SYSTEM. Both visits.
It sounded like a radio, AM. Multiple stops during the birthday boy dance. Three speakers, just projecting sound in random volumes.

If they have sound systems setup properly for the venue, the venue would be the best.

I still like the place but not a big fan of the sound systems.
I hope management fixes it.

Beautiful party palace, we enjoyed music and dance and food. But starter food was not enough, when we went to get food not much left, Beacause of school day next day we had to leave early.

We had my fathers wake there and must say the day was a beautiful tribute. The food provided was delicious and plentiful and the staff were just incredible and willing to assist when available. Thank you

Lovely venue with traditional Italian owners. Heaps of onsite parking, they have 2 function rooms and a decent sized, elegant foyer that easily holds 150+ people for pre function drinks etc. The smaller function room holds 100 to 150 people with a dance floor and small bar. The larger ballroom easily holds 300-400 people with a dance floor, large bar area, raised band area and a raised bridal table area. There is a neat garden out the back with a small pergola and rose garden. Food is excellent home cooked Italian style meals that I've always enjoyed. It's a family run and owned place and the staff are friendly and very welcoming. It's location is amongst industrial properties on one side of the street and residential housing on the opposite side.

Highly recommend Firenze Reception, we used it recently for a wake food was exceptional and in abundance, the staff were professional and friendly, will definitely use them again for all our functions

Attended a wedding at this venue, the staff was absolutely wonderful and friendly. Food was very good also. Highly recommend for any occasion.

Would not recommend especially the person that is in charge of the catering he needs to go and find some better customer service skills! Will never ever order catering again please go somewhere else!

Very disappointed with the Xmas lunch service the air conditioning was on to high we are sitting down you don't have to have it that high.and the food took forever to come.not happy and the other table got platter of prawns is that fair.

We were invited to a party and the lasagna cheese off at our table no one are the lasagna. Also make sure you don't take children the old lady.that stays behind the bar is a hidden camera we had a.child in a high chair and was eating chips and came and told us to pickup the chips which we were going to do when the child finished eating. We felt intimidated and never going there again. Maybe they should say no children allowed. Very disappointed

The hall isn't the biggest but will suit most family style events. The food is excellent and the staff are very friendly and helpful

Fantastic just had our kids confirmation there it was a quiet one and not packed out and we had a great time and highly recommended it to anyone. Food was great as well

I can't speak for the establishment itself as we ordered food for a function at home. However, the food was very good and enjoyed what we ordered. Can't say much about pricing as that was someone else who paid! The kitchen hand was nice enough and that's all that mattered to me.

Firenze receptions has always been one of my favourite functions venue to attend in the northern suburbs. The Food is yummy (tastes like the real homemade Italian cooking). Entertainment (live bands) provided has always been enjoyable over the years to. Always guaranteed to have a great night. Waiting staff & management very friendly and accommodating when we have had special requests. My family and I have had / attended functions here in their different rooms and never been disappointed. Only thing id say after sooo many years it is due for a face lift. Nothing major just a little freshening up woukd do the trick. Also can say for what you get, Prices are the best in the area.

Anti Pasto platters are incredible. Portion sizes are good. Always leave this place full and full of Vic

A relic from years gone by. The good news is that the food is plentiful if predictable and quite delicious. But I never ever ever want to be dragged there again for another tacky celebration of some kind. The last adventure there was odd. The dj walked off and for the next 30 mins we listened to Metallica’s Master of Puppets album. The older Italian community didn’t appreciate it but as long as there was plenty of food to gorge on, that’s all that matters. The experience in 2019 is hard to grasp. But as long as there is plenty of food.

I’m a busy working mum and as my son wanted a party at home with 50 friends I was getting anxious thinking ‘’ omg what about food? ’’ Well I would highly advise Firenze Catering. All our friends wanted to know Who cooked the food. I highly recommended you guys. Pizza, Beef lasagna, chicken snitzel and battered calamari were all delicious. Rita was so helpful advising on how to keep the food hot incase I started stressing it would get cold. Rita and Anthony guided me through the menu and how many people would feed as I wanted to order more. The beef lasagna disappeared quickly with the chicken snitzel & calamari. I’ll definitely be back for future events at home. Highly recommend if you want a real Itslian food experience. Thank you so much Firenze Cateting. I’ll be back Rosemary

If I could rate this lower than 1 star I would. The venue was greatly setup and the staff were very nice and professional however the owner was constantly turning things off and on and as a DJ I found this very distracting. Doors being opened and left open and preventing me from providing my service was a let down. Luckily the host of the party had a good night however things could have run more smooth. As I was 5 minutes due to traffic on the road the owner believed I didn't deserve to have a rectangular table to place my equipment.

I will not be returning until something is done about this behaviour and will not recommend this venue to anyone.
