Very easy trip for me

Was very nervous going on my first overnight bus ride from Adelaide to Melbourne but it was so much more comfortable than I expected. The drivers are so friendly, helpful and informative. Bus ride took me a while to get comfortable (Would recommend bringing compression socks which I forgot) but the chairs are great, has wifi and able to connect your phone to recharge - how awesome. I liked that there were two breaks during the trip so was able to get out to have a stretch or buy food at the foodary

It's ok but the seats are not good. Can't push back cuz near the toilet. So book early or get put in the back. Had better quality seats in Thailand on the way to the Burma border. And AUD65 for a 10 hour trip is way more expensive.

Drivers are great, coach is comfortable. Not really complaint at firefly, more at the passengers.please stop talking after 11pm on an overnight bus. The whole point of the over night bus is to try and sleep. Bring some headphones. If you're reading this, and you were a passenger that was talking on the Sydney to Melbourne bus last night, please be more considerate of others.

My first time to go Sydney in bus was very good drive is very good everything went well on that night am looking forward for my next trip to Firefly

Great comfortable coach, very professional Coach Captain, even avoiding a head on with a stupid car driver at Ararat. Easy online booking process. Coach Driver was happy to have a conversation with his passengers at meal breaks

Please people be careful, went on a bus from Melbourne to Sydney with a big suitcase plus backpack and when reaching my final destination to grab my bags the driver informed me that there was no more bags to be collected. Someone had grabbed all my bags just like that and walked off? The company takes ZERO responsibility for something like this happening which feels chocking considering you should feel safe on a bus like this. If traveling with this bus company, at least don’t bring anything of value.

5 star plus service.my 2nd trip with Firefly after discovering them. My friend and I will continue using Firefly. Driver Peter and David are so professional, helpful and kind to all passengers throughout the entire trip. I normally have very bad motion sickness but didnt feel sick at all and the bus is big, super comfortable and super clean and has phone charging ports and toilet very happy with both drivers’ service and the beautiful and clean bus-and prices are very reasonable

One thing Firefly is so careful is they don't allow a man to sit next to female passenger she doesn't know him, always match female to female and male to male even if the seat is empty for the whole trip they don't mine, no drunks allowed, the company pays a lot of attention to OH&S rules owners and company deserves all the stars they get.

Melbourne to Adelaide at night. Bus is clean, roomy, plenty of truck-stop toilet stop opportunities, on top of toilet available in rear of coach. Driver is cheerful.pleasant journey

Can’t refund your tickets even if you call up a week before, very unprofessional and basically a rip off

When travel long distance on V/Line Rail Replacement, nice drivers, Coaches is clean, in better condition, working air conditioning, does have on board toilets, USB charging ports for mobile devices, no Imported coaches (irizar) or inferior Chinese built coaches. Just Australian Made and built to last. Highly recommend for next time for long trip.

Horrible bus service I have ever come across. I was not able to reach the station on time as my friends car had a flat tyre on the way. I had no
way to contact the bus service. There should be a way to contact someone during unforseen situation. The customer service can be contacted only during 9am to 5pm, when there is no buses running at that time.

It's a nightbus, ~11h nearly the same as in a car, 2 stops, which is perfect to stretch one's legs. They made sure you have enough space (maybe just because of Corona), the driver was super friendly and I felt save driving with him. All in all, I don't have anything bad so say, so I have to give five stars

I have been traveling by Firefly from Sydney to Melbourne for several years. Today I took the trip from Melbourne to Sydney and bit unhappy. I paid more than usual $115 for this return trip on 08 Junr 2020. I was giva seat right outside the toilet.
Furthermore, on the trip warloer the toilet was announced as not usable due to COVID. But this trip people were announced that the y can use.
It was stinking and and being last row, i had a very uncomfortable sleeplesso journey.
