Fiorelli Restaurant reviews
63All three dishes were excellent! Lamb shank, eye fillet, and spaghetti marinara. Service was impeccable
All round lovely experience. Great food and service. Also a very nice atmosphere and layout to the restaurant.
Delicious food in pleasant surroundings but bloody freezing! Guests in their coats. And a request to turn up the heating yielded nothing.
A Camberwell establishment! Food and service are consistently fantastic, absolutely recommend the marinara and sticky date pudding.
Fiorelli is a must try.
We have been coming to this restaurant for many years now. The quality of the food and the lovely service has always been amazing.
Fiorelli is a truly wonderful restaurant.
You are welcomed by delightful staff into a warm environment and served the most delicious delights.
I recommend Fiorelli for any occasion, from just a night out to (our occasion) an anniversary.
5 Star +
I had the pumpkin risotto, which was bland. A point on architecture, the toilet was a real pain to navigate. Otherwise, the service was impeccable.
An institution in Camberwell. Always greeted with a smile, service is impeccable and food is so fresh and flavoursome. One of the best restaurants in Melbourne.
I love this place! The staff are so accommodating and knowledgeable. The food is always so vibrant and tasty! Thank you team!
I usually do not write reviews but with the exceptional dinner I had today, I want to thank Fiorelli for a sensational time! Incredibly friendly and outgoing staff. The meals were scrumptious (eye fillet, fish, spaghetti & gnocchi!). I would rate this phenomenal restaurant 10 stars if I could. The environment was very peaceful and pleasant. In fact, we even received free desert by the extremely hardworking and passionate staff members. Very much appreciated! Will 100% revisit this place and would highly recommend this to everyone reading this post. See you soon:)
Terrific venue, quiet and intimate. Service was outstanding, with staff attentive and polite. Food was delicious, provided a vegan option to one of the main meals. A Camberwell gem.
Food was delicious and reasonably priced for a restaurant of this nature. Service was attentive and overall experience for a first time visit was excellent
Fantastic food, wine and service. First meal out in a long time and this was a great way to return. The service was friendly, attentive and just right. I had the gnocchi which was lovely, but the highlight was the panna cotta with coconut and coulis. Thx
Wow! The service, friendliness and attention to customer service was on point! The manager was so lovely and attentive, so very friendly. It was my first time dining and we will definitely be back. Food was fresh, delicious and great value for money! I ordered the salmon with some sides and it was all 5/5! John (the manager) even gave us a sneaky free top up of bubbles, which was unexpected and just made our evening special. Can't wait to go back and try some of the pasta dishes!
Excellent food and reasonably priced. The seasonal cocktails were also a hit. COVID responsible venue.
Some of the nicest service i’ve ever had, very thoughtful staff helped me sneak a birthday cake in and helped keep it a secret till bringing it out, wish i’d caught their names to mention them here! Thankyou! Lovely food, love the cheese brought out by someone who sprinkles it! Good drinks too! Thankyou all for a wonderful night!
It is such an enjoyable restaurant to be in! The waiters are really happy and engaging and just seem like they want to there! The food is wonderful. And you have to leave room for desert! They make the most perfect chocolate souffle!
Thank you for looking after my family last night for dinner. The service as always was flawless. The mulled wine was to die for as were the veal medallions and chocolate soufflé.
This was undoubtedly one of the most disappointing meals we have ever had. The muscles were almost nonexistent in size and were too salty. The salmon entree salad consisted of thin slices of salmon that would not have amounted to barely half a fillet, and sat on a mound of spinach totally drenched in a mayonnaise.
Another at our table had the spaghetti Marinara. The prawns were over cooked and the flavour of this extremely ordinary. We also had the veal dish which was at best reasonable in flavour, hardly medallions, and were similar to cooked bacon in appearance. The calamari was chewy and presented crumbed, looking like the frozen chicken tenders you buy at coles.zero finesse and flavour, if any, overwhelmed by the breadcrumbs. The deserts we shared were awful. The crepes were like rubber in texture and flavour the strawberries cold and uninteresting. The ‘toffee’ like baskets the ice cream came in were particularly awful in their ‘pre made’ lack of flavour and appearance.
The one star given is for the polite young staff who were very attentive.
I should add, the place became increasingly colder as our ‘time limit’ became imminent! Not sure if this was intentional but it sure felt that way.
With all the magnificent restaurants we have here in Melbourne, so many of which we have been fortunate
Enough to experience, this will never be added to our list of ‘must return to’.
Seriously don’t know what happened tonight, but it was all disappointing. Starters crumbed calamari, very crispy, a tad overcooked, not as tender as we remember. Saltinboca pan fried chicken breast wrapped in prosciutto served on a pumpkin risotto with a so called intense jus. Well overcooked chicken with burned crispy prosciutto, over s bland pumpkin risotto with a weak jus is not what I expected. My lovely wife had veal, ignore the fancy name, parmigiana. I didn’t like the flavour of the crumbs or the veal. The sauce was not sauce, but rather plain tomatoes straight out of a tin, very acidic. Plain steamed vegetables with a hint of butter. Just not worth the $$$. Desert, they even burnt the sugar on the crane brûlée and served up plain strawberries on the side. Yes un-marinated, not ripe, not sweet… really guys. Sorry, note I know why we haven’t been here in years.
