Veronica from fingo saved me with my novated leased, went above and beyond to explain to my employer on how it works and got them to agree to it after refusing me to do the lease, could not of asked for more, was very hesitant on doing the pre salary lease, however Veronica held my hand the whole way and always picked up the phone and never avoided me with any stupid question, would recommend fingo and I would recommend fingo to give her a pay raise as all of the other lease company's I went through did not put in anywhere near the amount of effort that Veronica did! Thankyou fingo and Veronica for getting me the car and sorting everything out!

We needed a new family car quickly as our current car was on its last legs. Mathew from Fingo was able to find a car that fitted our needs, processed the paperwork, organised with the car dealer a time for us to pick up the new car, and arranged to take the old car away, all within two weeks. The time to get a novated lease organised and executed was by far the quickest I have ever experienced.

Dealing with Fingo has been a pleasure from the earliest contact/quotation all the way through the delivery of the vehicle, which was delayed due to late arrival of the vehicle. Daniel Hudson was courteous, efficient and friendly, and made the process as straight forward as possible. Highly recommend Fingo to those who are interested in packaging a vehicle, and dislike the big-finance type bureaucracy.

Went with Fingo finance for Novated Lease on a pre-owned car. Gehan and team (Hass & Alistair) were absolutely a delight to work with. Right from quotation to final paperwork, they kept me informed of all the procedures and were very easy to get in touch with - either through phone or email.

Regrettably, service levels have dropped significantly as of this year. Slow replies to emails with consistent errors on reports and reimbursements. I have unfortunately lost confidence with Fingo as a result and would NOT recommend them based on my current experience.

I really appreciate the level of service I received from Julie, she was very prompt and made sure that the process was fast tracked and as easy as possible.

After comparing many lease providers we finally went with Fingo Finance for our notated lease purchase for Tesla Model 3 due to their competitive pricing and full disclosure of the fees involved and also making overall process very smooth. We worked with
Daniel Hudson, he is super supportive and knowledgable and we did multiple quotes and discussions and he always provides right information and took extreme care through out the process of financing also lease documentations. I 100% recommend Fingo finance to every one else looking for reliable notated lease provider. Daniel is an absolute super star in this space.

STAY AWAY!
Do not purchase from these thieves! They've sold me and my wife a defective Hyundai Santa Fe and when asked to provide a remedy they will shout and scream at you. I have provided them with evidence to support my claims and they still refuse to refund or replace our car.
