Remove your eftpos limits. Not required in this day and age. This is why customers end up going to other stores. Poor customer experience.

I have been coming here for over 12 years and the staff are very courteous and pleasant. The produce is fresh and keeps much longer than any other place. Love your work team!

I am a huge believer in supporting small business however when staff are repeatedly unfriendly and disinterested in their customers (I am new to the area, maybe they are friendlier to familiar locals) then I won't return. Two chances and they are out for me. Having worked in retail for more than 30 years I understand sometimes it's a drag but it's not hard to put a little bit of effort in, maybe a smile, maybe eye contact, maybe not snatching my small purchase of some salad and placing it on the scales with disgust. Be grateful for every dollar people, it all counts.
