Bought product from this place 6 months ago and am still waiting for refund on non delivery of same DONT GO NEAR THEM
I give a big 0 for not trying or helping resolve the matter

Very bad customer service, it’s been 4 weeks and still waiting.
Ph is now switched off. No absolutely
No communication.
Would never ever ever order again from this company.
Bad experience all round.
Shocking company if that’s what they call them selfs.

Haven't sent my item it's been a month and can't get in contact with them - DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! Bunch of scammers! Every week the same old story. Changing warehouses and refund will be done. It is now 4 months! Stay away! GOD DOES NOT SLEEP!

I should have checked the reviews on this company before placing an order. Same problem as everyone else, order not received and no contact from seller. I dont understand how these guys are still able to trade!

This company does not ship there orders when stated, and will feed countless lies about when it will be shipped. I have been waiting 3 mths and they have still not sent my order. I will be contacting the fair trade ombudsman to try and get my money back as they closed my dispute without a response

Ordered a helmet 11/07, its now 10/10 and still not shipped.countless empty promises of a week bofore item shipped for the last 2 mths

An absolutely terrible experience ordering online from Find Sports. I placed an order on 15/07/23 and am still waiting for a tracking number and confirmation that the item has been shipped. My email sent on 02/08/23 requesting an update on the order has also been ignored. This poor customer service and lack of communication prompted me to lodge a transaction dispute with my bank, as Im doubtful I'll actually receive the goods that I have paid for.

Said that the item was ready for dispatch after 21 days but then received another message 18 days later to say the item was ready for dispatch. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS THEY CONTINUALLY LIE! Asked for a refund and was denied, they offered store credit.as if I would use the company again!

I wish that I had read the reviews below as it seems like they use the same excuses with everyone else.

So following on from the review above, Find Sports have now contacted me to advise that they will provide a refund, however, this unethical company has resorted to BRIBERY and will only return MY money when I remove the reviews calling out their poor service and failure to deliver the product they advertise. BUYER BEWARE. THEY ARE A SCAM! They also offered a $50 or $70 voucher to be used with them if I removed the reviews. I can't event get the product that I have paid for, what chance am I of getting the product I don't pau for? (See the attachment below)
If this review is still up to warn others of their service, that will mean that they have not provided a refund for the product that they fraudulently sell. ONLY WHEN I GET MY MONEY BACK WILL I REMOVE THIS POST!

Would have given zero stars but it wasn't an option unfortunately

Ralph was good over the phone but that's where it ended. The surfboard they had placed on hold for me until the money i transferred had gone through to their account (was transferred on the same day) was sold to someone else. Had to pay more for another one. No notification the board was ready to be collected- i had a to call them to check. Then kids opened the box on Christmas day, only for me to find they had sent the incorrect board. Now, they want me to pay for a courier or drop it off at Dandedong when it was their mistake. Forget Find

Ordered a backpack online on the 25th November. It's now 14th of December and still no tracking details. It appears that the item has not shipped yet. All I got to my enquiry was a lame excuse about Covid protocols.

Why pay over $100 for a life Jacket (pfd) good quality and friendly service! Got them for $49 each.

Purchased wet-suit online 1st November.now 20th December and still not recv'd!
Web-site shows despatched to SA.
Have sent 3 emails to Warehouse" no response.
Tried calling shop.no answer

Same as others here: ordered 2 weeks ago, was supposed to be sent in 3-5 business days. Still waiting, no ETA, and now it seems my emails aren't returned anymore.

Ordered a faulty product (manufacturer fault) however the helpful & friendly customer service staff were able to resolve & have a replacement sent out within weeks.

Absolutely useless if you need a quick delivery. I paid $232 for express international shipping (supposedly 3-6 business days) on the 8 December, to have it delivered before Christmas.
On the 13th Dec they replied to me, after I queried the delay in posting, stating that it takes 2-5 business days to prepare the order for delivery! The order was for 5 pool cues, a pool table cover and a wall miunted que rack. How does it take 5 working days to get this off the rack and send it? ! And how can you state that "express" international delivery is in 3-6 days if it takes 5 days to send it? !
Now we're going away on holiday and it will probably be left in front of our house for whoever walks past to get free pool cues!
I will NEVER buy from them again!

Ordered on 2nd November, item listing stated ready for collection within 3-5 days. Confirmation email said 7-9 days.
I sent multiple emails and received false promises of item been ready within a day. They ignored requests to cancel order. Magically when I lodged a complaint through PayPal the item appeared on December 19th, except I am now away on holiday that I wanted item for and it is completely useless to me. Stay away from this company.
