I dont think it is positively geared anymore due to all the interest increases but overall happy.

As someone who has lived in a rented apartment in the city, never been to auctions or open inspections, buying a semi attached dwelling for ourselves in one of the most sought after locations was equal parts exciting and nerve wracking. We wanted to be really confident of what we are buying and more importantly getting the timing right in this market.
