When choosing to allow your employees to drive vehicles with your company name on them, perhaps put some thought in to how those employees represent your brand on the road.
The driver of one of your branded utes, rego 1JO 9RC, can only be described as not only a threat to the community, but an absolute disgrace to your company. Having witnessed this driver displaying acts of rage, swerving unnecessarily, brake testing other drivers AND casually drinking a can of beer while on Peninsula Link, I can only imagine how genuine his customer service is when on the job.
I strongly suggest you address the behavior that your staff show when representing your brand both on and off the road. In the meantime, I trust you will take action and there will be no need for me to share the captured footage.
Dealt with Callum who was polite and extremely helpful. Went the extra mile and provided second to none customer service. Highly recommend.
