Dropped in my film camera for a rush job and was a smooth process. Within a couple hours I recieved my pictures and was able to easily access and download them! Love the photos and will definetly be coming back again, thanks so much!

I won't go anywhere else to get my film developed. Highly recommended for both their top-notch customer service and the exceptional quality they bring to every roll of film!

The store was super cool, with film canisters, boxes and cameras decorating the place. You can see the scanning machine to the side, and the whole place has a great vibe. As always, great customer service, easy process to get film dev + scan both in person and online. Around a one week turnaround with express postage from the ninch.

The photos here are shot on the Film Never Die YORU 400 film, and dev + scan were done by FND as well. Happy with both the filmstock and the scans.

Posted my film via mail and the turnaround time was done the next day which was great! Staff were quick to respond to my emails and will definitely be coming here for future developments.

I’ve been shooting with film for the past year, and I’m so thankful that Film Never Die is so close to my workplace as it’s easy to drop off film for development.

Also I’ve been lucky as I leave work, and walk past and see film restocks so I’ve managed to get my hand on some new film rolls too!

Development and scan of film is quick and provided by drop box. I recently dropped off 6 rolls of c41 film on Monday and received my scans early Wednesday morning! Couldn’t be more happier!

Sad to say, I feel that the premium pricing on everything is a little excessive. With film for example (fujifilm X-TRA 400) costing a whopping $28/roll at FilmNeverDie but around $15 at shops like walkens, decisive moment and halide. Unless desperate for a rare film roll/ camera, I find it difficult to recommend patronising the place. Hence, I'll only be back if they decide to work with competitive pricing.

I used to be a loyal FND customer, however I feel like I can’t continue to support the store anymore. I think the original motto of the store (to keep film alive) has been lost - the prices are just too high. The store is capitalising on the booming film trend, where other stores like walkens house of film seem to be more photographer-focused and friendly. FND has a clear monopoly being one of the only places to buy and dev film in the CBD, but the prices are just crazy. No prices are listed in-store so when I went to go buy a roll of Superia Xtra and it cost $28 I was mildly shocked (two rolls at walkens house of film cost ~$30). I really hope that prices can be addressed in the future because I feel like FND is making a really enjoyable hobby more inaccessible to newcomers. FND has a great location and the store has great potential, I just feel like I could not personally recommend any film goers to this store: (

There was a little mix-up in my film and someone else's, but this was quickly sorted within a <day and I received my own pictures eventually. The staff was helpful and polite. I recommend to reach out to their Instagram, as they reply within few hours.

I came in on Monday and purchased my first film camera. They were quite busy after the bank holiday but the gentleman who served me was so patient, informative and educated me on how to use the camera I chose to buy. Thank you again I’m so exited to get my camera out and about and start my film journey.

One of the few labs where I feel they actually care about the film you drop off and value customers. Very reasonable dev and scan prices, often have a decent selection of film as well. Whenever I’ve had a order go wrong they’ve always gone above and beyond to fix it and I can’t say the same for other camera shops.
