Godsmacked by your service and lies.
Gave me the run around in the first instance, then to tell me, we don’t cut bands from other jewellers after saying ‘oh we’d love to help anyone, come in at any time’. Mind you this is after I told them the value of my diamond as well. Clearly not very competent or just plain inconsiderate of people. Brand means nothing to these people. You’re only as good as your word and when you don’t commit or deliver to your promises, the level of respect and brand is hard to come back from. I did offer to pay them and was constantly told no we don’t take payment, we like to help people.
Using the festive season as an excuse is not right. You either offer the service or don’t. Thank you for giving me the run around and for wasting my time. To the gentlemen behind the counter, please brush up on your communication and Emotional Intelligence skills. Don’t talk over people, listen, and process what your audience is saying before flippantly responding.

I cannot recommend Filigree highly enough. We had some beautiful earrings made for a special anniversary. Tony was awesome and honest and did exactly what he said he was going to do on time. When we need jewellery related items we now will go nowhere else but Filigree.thank you so much.

Filigree did a wonderful job on my 1930’s engagement ring. Replacing the stone and enlarging it enough to go over my expanding knuckles. Thank you so much. Great job.

I managed to squash my grandmother's engagement ring, and the wonderful Jewellers at Filigree fixed it on the spot for me. They were such a pleasure to deal with, and offered great advice. Highly recommend them.

Incredibly rude and arrogant people. Requested assistance to have a stone set into a bracelet and was treated like I was an inconvenience. Happy to go somewhere else and happy to never walk into Filigree Jewellers again! A shame I have to choose 1 start otherwise would have been zero stars!

A different jeweller "fixed" my watchband but it kept on catching on everything, I went to this place and they had it fixed within 5 mins, great service!

A huge thank you to Tony. Picked up a ring today that he reset. The ring is a gift to my daughter and contains the diamonds from rings that belonged to her great grandmothers, very sentimental. Tony, you have done a fantastic job, so happy

I went with a broken bracelet & it was fixed on the spot. I have purchased a gold pair of earrings and the sales staff was so patient and not pushy. It wasn't a issue that I went away to think about it.

I called into the shop on the way to my doctors appointment this afternoon and realised the Jewellers and it was open today after 2weeks of being closed due to Covid virus and was baldly in need of an watch over the previous 2 weeks l had no luck finding one so l jumped at the chance and got my new watch thanks to the staff member who served me, he was showing me a choice of watches and chose the one that suited me. Was recommended these jewellers by a friend to get an engagement ring repaired, but when I took it in they accused me of mistreating my ring (? !) and then never followed through with the quote they said they would email through to me. Was not impressed with their attitude and have taken my money elsewhere.

Been going there for years, one of the only healers left that can repair your jewelry and buy gorgeous jewels as well. All the staff excellent!

Went there to fix a watch strap. Left my watch there, they said come back in twenty minutes, I said "How will I know when twenty minutes has passed " they didnt see the funny side. I went back after Seventeen minutes and hoped they would get violent. They didnt and my watch was ready! I said" can you give it to me in three minutes " I paid the $6 and scarppered!

I love them all working in Filigree Jewellery which is a family business and love how they kindly speak to me with time to simply be friendly and sometimes humorous banter... Although I don't buy a lot of their beautiful jewellery but at times I need to replace a battery for my watch Filigree give you a "More than happy to do that for you"... Last time I got a replacement battery I told the guy I'll just sit outside for some fresh air And in a moment my watch was working again he came outside to tell me it's ready to go and I thought how good the service was and new battery replacement didn't cost me much Happy Day... Check them out I'm sure you'll love all their superior made goodies And Yes they've got an extensive range of quality watches yeah they still exist!

Tony and Mike and the best, I have been dealing with these guys for years, they have always looked after me and my family and have always demonstrated there experience and honesty every time. You can buy great jewellery any were but you can’t buy customer service like they give at Filgree.
