Fila South Wharf DFO

Had a horrible time. One cashier (a western staff with a long beard) was unbelievably rude and impatient. Without him, I'd rate it much higher—other staff were friendly and helpful.

We had gone to a few shoe outlets before; looking for a particular type of walking or running shoe that we could insert insoles that also had to have enough relief in areas and depth around the heel. File offered multiple options for us! Great designs, colours, tread and more importantly crossed off the list of our particular needs.
Regarding the other shoe outlets at DFO South Wharf; we have purchased the typical brands in the other stores in the past.however we had “No Service ‘ or “Friendly Customer Service “ and we left in complete disappointment as it was overwhelmingly busy although there were staff on hand but were too busy talking amongst themselves to care to attend anyone? And worse still they where watching the complete chaos!
We will definitely come back to Fila.

They’ve got a wide range of clothing and shoes, would recommend if you’re into that style. Nothing bad to say about Fila. It’s pretty clean inside which is awesome. Some of the jackets are really high up so you’ll need staff to help you get them down.

Pretty busy during Christmas time. Price are affordable compare to other brands. Clothes are good (not colorless after first wash). Nice for casual sport outfit.

Great range of Fila merchandise. The staff here are very friendly and welcoming.

Bought some socks on Sunday, a hole found in the logo embroidery of new pair. Disappointing quality. Won't shop this brand again.

Love this Fila store in particular. They always have best deals on. Special mention for customer service bloke lockland and the girl working with him on counter (sry i forgot her name). You guys are best! Thanks for great service and good music!

Didn't have what I was after and can't get the same clothing as what's on the Australian (AU) Fila website.

Smaller store compared to Nike and Puma, but has great prices for their shoes and jackets. I will always check this place out when ever I am at the DFO.

Whatta wonderful person "Megan" was! Visited on 27th Dec when store is super busy, packed with customers with an exchange of item. When was turned away by Fila Spencer street mall staff member named #Tashan this girl ""#Megan**** was so fantastic, brilliant and lively! She not only solved our problem but also helped us as promptly she could besides 8t was acrazy busy day. She definitely is worth praising and high rank like to be a manager of the store. She has got guts! Good luck Megan!

Got great set of shoes for running or walking here. Though it is smaller compared to the puma store nearby if you want good deals do visit this store.

Low tolerance cashier. We went there 24/11/19 5: 45 PM. While people were hurry checking out, we put the wrong item on cashier desk, hence needed to replace with the correct one. Cashier clearly shown his displease, and unwilling to serve, as he might be hurry to close the store earlier. That made us awkward feeling. Despite a good product and reasonable price, we will never return again. Note to the owner: please make sure you choose people that love service jobs to join your team.

Very good staff. Ashley and the guys the counter are very nice and helpful. Products are excellent as well.
