23Worst service ever from the staff. Can't be any more worse.absolutely ridiculous. Looked like they were in pain or something while trying to process orders at the register. Never coming back again ever.
Management should, have a look at what your workers are doing I was in your store for 10 minutes with no customer service, I took my business elsewhere.
The staff were arrogant. We were waiting on the counter but no one is approaching unless we call them and the staff need to trained to respect customer.
This store has always provided me with amazing service and the staff are super friendly & helpful. I have brought many tackies & jumpers, & the quality is great!
I had bad experience from the Staff working there (19/02/2023 between 11am-12pm). Probably makes sense as to why they are failing to get another job and stuck there even after many bad reviews talking about the exact same stuff.
After selecting shoes for my daughter, I proceeded to the counter to be told I was not in a service area by a store worker playing chess on his phone. Regardless of if it was a service area or not, he made no effort to assist his colleagues in dispersing the line of customers at the 1 service area available.
There are many people who are desperately looking for work these days and here your team member is, playing on his phone.
When I asked for his name to address it further he told me it was john. This occurred today at roughly 1pm. I was in a cold chisel t shirt. Please reprimand this person for their insult towards those desperate for work
Shopped there today for a pair of shoes and the staff were very helpful! The man that served me checked out the back for my size and gave me lots of options, recommend this store.
Asked the staff about which shoes are neutral as I wear orthotics. She looked at me as if I was speaking a different language. Staff working in a sports shoes store should have this knowledge.
Shitest customer service, All staff busy talking among themselves, Don’t care for the customers even at the counter when paying, Will never go back. If company wants to check cameras, i have been there at 15: 45 on 1st of january 2023 and paid $260.00
Exactly as other people say. Rude staff, incompetent and lazy. No eye contact, no explanation.
At the end I complain straight to their face, not buying the polo I wanted. The manager basically told me to leave instead of teach their workers how to stay in society. Not even Centrelink they deserve.
Front Staff both times in last few months never even acknowledge you at the counter or make eye contact, even as you hand over hundreds of dollars. They continue on chatting about their lives as if you aren’t there, regardless how many times I said “hello”. If I didn’t live 4 minutes away I would never shop at DFO, as mostly all the young staff in many shops are arrogant and have no idea about service. I owned and managed businesses for over 25 years and these jokers would not have lasted 2 days max in any of my companies. Bored of millennials, can they just all grow up soon!
I would give this store minus points If I could.
Purchased shoes online however needed to do an exchange as per fila's exchange policy however when we went into the store was rudely told by staff that we would need to spend the same amount as they wouldn't honour the store policy as we purchased online.
We explained to staff that this is an ACCC breach to which staff said bad luck!
So after lodging a complaint online we got Kate McNab (Online coordinator) who basically LIED and said staff were new and getting trained (BIG FAT LIE Kate McNab WE HAVE BEEN GOING TO THIS STORE FOR YEARS AND THE MANAGER AND GUY WHO TOLD US BAD LUCK HAVE BEEN THERE FOR 2 YEARS MIN)
Kate McNab ADMITTED THAT WE WERE CORRECT!
After asking for a small credit to compensate our extra spend was told by Kate
McNab that a credit was not appropriate in this matter I guess being given FALSE information is appropriate to Fila!
Have registered a complaint with the ACCC!
Very let down as up until now we were loyal customers!
Very rude and arrogant staff and worst customer service by the BALD GUY today. I went there to return my item and he treated me like a criminal, although I had the receipt.
When I asked his name, he refused and started referring to the privacy acts and blah blah and he kept making assumptions while he knew nothing whatsoever he was talking about.
Don’t go there, they are the worst people to deal with. Their attitude is like “they don’t care about you and do whatever you can. ”
My next step is going to consumers affairs and a formal complaint to Fila head office about the STAFF BEHAVIOUR.
Other than the standard products,
If you are looking for a bad experience: wrong billing, staff's arrogant attitude, non customer focused approach, ill trained, non polite and ill mannered staff; this is THE place to go to! You will see these and few additional faulty attributes combine together at this outlet. (It had been the same over 2 years)
And if you are looking for a career opportunity in customer service and support with absolutely no inclination towards these values and wouldn't bother to change for the better, learning or skills development, of course hanging onto your rude personality, look no further.this is your place to join and ruin the brands value.

Fila! Yes! Keep it ignoring
Just visited today. Very disappointed with the customer service at counter. Waited 20 min for my turn in changing room. Only one room was open and there was so queue. And one more thing the bag was nonsense. Too big and long.
The wife and I always shop here. The prices of some clothes are amazingly cheap. Just would love more changing rooms at this place.
Girl at the cashier is extremely rude and needs to re-learn basic customer etiquette or even better respect.
Bought what I expected to be a good quality expensive trackie set. It started to fall apart within a week.

I would of gave no stars but no option. Rude staff. Staff needs to be re-trained on customer service and how to approach customers. Special note to manager on duty before backing your staff listen to both parties and make a decision who is right. When we were paying at register no acknowledgement on customer but instead talking amongst each other. Pretty poor.
Always love shopping there and hunting around for the best bargins. My advice is shop around as some store over inflate there prices and then make it sound like a bargin but giving upto 70% off when infact your really not saving a great deal
