FIGO Pizza

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this wood-fired pizza restaurant, and it exceeded my expectations. We had dinner here and absolutely loved it! Great food, amazing service and a lovely atmosphere. Definitely coming back.

Ordered through ubereats I live a couple minutes away so there was no problem with temperature and the GF base was lovely and didn't make me sick as a celiac. Unfortunately that's where my praise for Figo ends. My GF Stalonne Italiano ($33.50) came with maybe 1 chopped up sausage predominantly located in the centre of the pizza, had probably 1 slice of ham divided among 3 pieces of pizza with the other pieces bare and no salami what's so ever that I'm wondering if they ran out? This theory further supported by my partners pizza ($29.00) having salami but only on 2-3 pieces in total again across the whole pizza with the rest just plain if not for the olives on his Signor George. Additionally the basket of chips ($11.50) which are supposed to have Figo's house seasoning and pecorino cheese (I assume dusted or melted on) had no cheese on them whatsoever. Really not sure if this how Figo is usually or if they have just run out of ingredients but if it's the former I can confidently say I won't be back here which is a shame as the GF base was good.

Very good food, nice to have this at the end of our new street. The gnocchi with pistachio was fantastic.

So disappointing - spent $40 for a cold- undercooked pizza with raw buffalo - see pic below. We live 1 minute from this place. Yuk. I’m really disappointed as I have been there a few times but please be careful- they are $$$$$ and no actual love- the opposite of Italy.

Unexpected little gem in Elwood! Great pizza, friendly staff and awesome service. We had a small group function for parents and kids and all thought how good it was! Thank you Benedetta and your team for a great night! We will definitely be back!

Had this pizza three times for takeaway. 1st was great but the other 2 times were so disappointing. Tastless and just disappointing. Huge waste of money for something I can make at home.

The gnocchi was delicious the service was amazing and the atmosphere was great! We will definitely be back!

My constructive feedback is your serves for mains are entree size, specifically with calamari and pasta.

Bump this serving size up and my experience is perfect!

Overpriced, hardly any meat in my Bolognese and a very small serving of pasta. I felt like Oliver in Oliver Twist! "Please sir can have some more". The manager/owner however was awesome, understanding, professional and kind. He listened to my feedback in a respectful way, just hoping he takes it on board. My waitress was also very understanding. Despite the good service the food was terrible. There's better local options elsewhere.

Great pizzas and attentive waiters, price has increased here, was nice to sit outside, although seating is bit uncomfortable. Will definitely be back!

Wow what an incredible place! We went tonight as a large group for dinner tonight, the staff were charming and attentive and the food was amazing. Will definitely be recommending to friends and returning myself:)

We got Gluten free bases with Vegan cheese and could not tell the difference! Absolutely loved our pizzas from here. Will definitely be ordering again! Thank you Figo Pizza

We love Figo, good vibes and always a fantastic night. The staff are extremely hospitable and menu never disappoints! Can't wait to go back!

I went to Figo when it first opened. Pizzas were spectacular. The home-made Lasagne was worth going back for again and again which we did. Something has happened. I ordered a takeaway serve of their lasagne tonight, and I’m not even sure it had any meat in it it was a gooey mess of lukewarm pasta and not much else. Not much Tomato (which used to be a feature). I don’t think I’ll be back.sad to say this. Geoffrey in Elwood

The last two times we’ve ordered from Figo we’ve been extremely disappointed with the portion sizes, temperature and lack of taste given, the prices they charge for their food.
I don’t think won’t be ordering from here any more which is disappointing as we were regularly ordering over the past 12 months with Uber Eats.

Figo is our local and we love it! Especially good before 6: 30pm when pizzas and pastas are $17. The quality does vary a little bit, sometimes it's outstanding and other times just good, sometimes sizes very generous and other times quite small, but overall, very good

Very bad Service. Dont know about the taste but the staff was so rude that it is better to eat somewhere else in peace rather than eating at a place like this. Please work on your customer service.

Pizzas are ok but far from being the best. The portions for thé tiramisu ate tiny (50 ml). Rude service and expensive. I do not recommend especially when there are plenty of other options in the area.
