Good experience, high quality work to complete our rings, and great customer care. The location is a concierge service and it was a little hard to find when drop off was organised, but I recommend this jeweler! You can see before and after photos of our incomplete rings which we trusted them with to finish with our desired plating as well as setting the stone. Reasonably priced for a luxury feeling service.

Fidda and Katina fixed my wife’s antique silver bracelet. They put in a new clasp exactly like the original. My wife was so happy! She had been trying to find someone to fix it for ages but other jewellers couldn’t do it because it was an antique. Clearly wasn’t a problem for Fidda and Katina. Didn’t cost much either! Will definitely use them again.

Unbelievably good service, very quick and professional, same day turn around!
